Craw, that statement in the RNS about the payment being made today is correct. Whether it was paid before the RNS was published is not for you to interpret. The RNS says it was to be paid that day, notably at what time.

Stop being a pedant around facts.

That might suggest that the first payment had been received.

Stop making wild accusations and look at factual evidence, that’s mr advice dear

Craw, where in the RNS does it say $75,000 a day? It simply says ‘in instalments over the NEXT four business days. That was said on the 10th. It does not say four installments.

So, a payment was received on Friday 10th. Then it would be paid over the NEXT four business days. That takes us to the 16th.

What time we as the RNS? What time would the final payment drop?

It says over the next 4 business days.

As the RNS was published last Friday with a first payment to be received that day and the whole amount within the NEXT 4 business days, that would take them up to the 16th which is when the RNS you refer to was published.

As we haven’t heard anything different, I’m going with it’s been paid.

Also in the RNS was this

The relationship with QGP continues to be a monumental transaction for Valereum and the Board is working hard to finalise the agreement. We remain very excited about the opportunities that this will present to the Company."

Not sure what NaGs point is in publishing that message tbh. Anyway, has anyone stated we haven’t been paid the $300,000?

The company remains how it was. The company are saying that they are excited by the deal with QGP, I hear no blame coming from there.
