17.75 close - 47p dividend equals 17.28.

Lets see where it goes.

17.05 to 17.18 would be a nice range to buy

The dividend is tomorrow and 47.25p.

I'm holding off for now. Might be able to pick these up on the 16s following. Possibly a buy for me on Friday

I wonder if a takeover in the future could be on the cards with Accenture Song? Definitely synergies here ...

Looks like the price has been played over the last week.

Was over 370 last Monday. A dividend of 7.5p and the price down over 30p in the week. Mind you Friday 350 to 339 UT. Dropped the same curve as the SP500 in the last hour .

I've just realised. The US markets have fallen on Trumps tariff threats to China. The fall in the last hour pretty much mirrors the SP500 fall .

So not ideal but at least it's general market moves and not WPP specific

I know how you feel I am the same albeit my AVG is lower at 3.89 (inc dealing costs).

I think to break the 374 and hold was a breakthrough .

I wonder if a bid might come in here before the end of the year. The SP valuation is particularly low at this point and lots of opportunities and synergizes with the CP Kelco purchase.

I know it's a different valuation and type of company but I was very tempted to buy Treatt after the last profit warning at 192p but didn't! Very quickly a bid came in and now 280p !

So you never know. And it was only a year or so ago there were bid stories going around Tate.
