I've literally no idea on where this is gonna go . Very steep fall over last 3 days it could bounce here or drop to the mid 5's. A gamble at present but a good buy in price for a long term investment

See Panmure have a target of £5.43 a share. Others were as high as 1000 -1500 only a month ago. Been doing some research Ferrari shares have been on a great run and they have a market cap of £29 billion.

I don't think this will go down on results. The bad news is out. Suppose it's all about the forward looking statement.

I'm holding. I stupidly bought at £7 on the 2nd day and lost £1k in one day. I know others may be down more. Holding now no point in selling. I think they could be bought out at some stage. So a LTH now for me on a day trade gone wrong.
Don't do predictions although it held the £6 Mark well on Friday having blipped under to the 5's several times. Maybe it's found a level to build off

Ridiculous £188M market cap now. Should be at least £250 -300M. Shares should be £2.50, fall way over done.

Read alot here and the guy Buywell on ADVFN. Lots of scaremongering and what it's. It appears some posters trying to draw a parallel with Carillion.
Well let's concentrate on the facts.
POSITIVES
It's a profitable business. No provisions made on any existing contracts. Strong order book. 2020 orders all but secured. Cash positive business.
NEGATIVES
£9M legacy charge from 2006 contract. Costain hit for sub-contractor as subbie no longer about. Some cancelled contracts.
SUMMARY
Profit now £39M (industry standard margin)
New UU £750M multi-year contract
Dividend will probably reduce
It's fundamentally a very good well respected business. And for that reason it's a buy for me. Drop overdone.....

Eshaitan good post totally agree with your comments. They have already secured £900M turnover for next year alone. As I said a bump in the road....

My2penneth old chap. Let's put things into perspective here. 2% - 2.5% margin is industry standard. The hit on the old job taken as exceptional dates back to 2006. Order book is good, cash on the balance sheet, construction is very busy presently. I think they will have a good update Tuesday. A buying opportunity here for the long term. Expect a bounce from these levels.....

Harhoo good post there. I read the RNS again. Ok the turnover is down. Profit down from £52M to £39M and exceptional £9M plus charge for a legacy project and some cancelled contracts. But secured work for 2020 ahead of last year and record order book. A bump in the road I would say. Looks well overdone hence the reason I bought.

So if the placing is at 75p or 50p is that such a bad thing? Won't be available at those prices to us. I've seen many AIM shares surge after a placing??? Don't quite get how it works assume the market likes it as it gives the company a surer footing...

I think they will announce all at the same time personally. Results, all important trading outlook and placing details. There may also be an offer for us shareholders or I think this may be later.

I personally would go very careful. Firm downward trend in place. I would wait to meet update or results before taking a position. IMHO.
