He didnt actually exude confidence. Some posters have said that is was the perfect presentation as nothing was given away. I couldnt disagree more. It was shockingly poor in presentation, audible sound and general content. Absolutely nothing new which we havent heard before. Please dont forget this was a sales and marketing presentation aimed at investors. BPC did a great job of putting anyone thinking of investing of refraining from doing so. Potter should have stepped up to the plate and he didnt, he gave it to an oil engineer who admitted to having no experience whatsoever of public presentations. One word to describe the presentation - AMATEUR.

Well, after watching Nathan doing the presentation I can tell you now he is NOT coming to the shareholder's Celebration drink if we hit oil. If he thinks he's getting up and making a speech as well I think I'd rather it be a duster. He could talk a glass eye to sleep.

Someone on BPC Shareholders group has said that Proactive has confirmed by email to them they have a pre-recorded interview with Nathan Rayner of BPC planned for this evening's presentation. Harry Potter last seen swimming frantically to the Cuban coast.

Qnard - this was a perfect opportunity for the CEO to install confidence to the shareholders and the markets. You wonder why the SP is at 2.11p because of the BOD, this is why. He basically has passed the buck to his Operations manager who has never done a presentation before, because he can't stand the heat in the kitchen. ****house! Today is D Day in my opinion. Listen to what Potter says tonight but most importantly watch his body language. If you see previous presentations Potter is very poor at containing himself and his feelings. He becomes animated at the questioners if he doesn't like the questions or over elaborates and shows his excitement easily if he wants to proclaim his companies and his attributes. If Potter is doing the presentation I think a lot will be revealed. That said, I have a feeling they will pass the ball to Uliel at the last minute and he will do the presentation. Eytan is a far better poker player that Potter and it will be hard to read him and gauge his feelings. He won't give much away. If Simon Potter presents the investec meeting we will know whether we are sat on a dead cow or a roaring lion. I understand he cannot issue a statement on P1 but after the last 3 months and the trials and tribulations there is no way Potter will be able to hide his feelings, its not in his DNA. I woulnt be surprised if he let the cat out of the bag during the presentation in some way and then a full RNS was issued in the morning. Tomorrow the SP will either dive like a swallow or rise like an eagle.

Good luck everybody, let's hope Mr. Potter & BPC hit the jackpot for us all. Man City won the night before last and Utd got beat last night against Sheff Utd so I just need BPC to announce they have found at least 1 billion barrels of commercially viable and recoverable crude oil in P1 and I will be a very happy blue boy. What a January that would be for me.

Ive just got this feeling its going to get cancelled. Something strange is going to happen tomorrow. Thursday is always the day that BPC like to release the most important news. I just have a gut feeling its either going to be a big big news day or alternatively no investec meeting.

I'm pretty sure Mr. Potter will either be looking like a second row Aussie Forward against the English, full of aggression and contained anger at the questioning in the Investec meeting, or alternatively, have his "cat that got the cream" face on and full of smugness and self-satisfaction if he knows its a gusher. To be brutally honest, no one knows what price this could go to. So many different variants. How many barrels, farm in, or takeover or go alone, funding, P2 and other oil fields. Its all about momentum and if the markets latch on to BPC. My mate who has a good chunk of change said to me knowing our luck they will find a billion barrels of oil and it will still struggle to get past 3p !!

In less than 3 weeks we will know if it a BPC shareholders celebratory meal in London in May or fish and chips at the local chippy on our own as we sulk in Sarson's vinegar and cheap beer.
