It certainly has been rubbish Bobbins, especially for easyJet! I did the opposite of you and sold half at 490 as today's descent seemed to be relentless. As is typical when I do this, the SP recovered! Not sure what is going on as buys outweighed sells 2 to 1 according to LSE. It's disconcerting when the market behaves in this way especially as EZJ clearly should be heading over £6. As for PRU, well it's just a joke. Bought more at 601! Must be mad! Gooqd luck in any case Bobbins.

But there's no business to sustain the SP! We have to face facts, this share will not relist. Rowland has had us all over!

Busy flights makes no difference here. It's worth less than when planes were parked up during COVID.

Is at its lowest since 2011 with the single exception of 2022, which was during COVID and then it was only very slightly below where we are now i.e. just below £4 billion. That just seems to me to be slightly bonkers as it implies EZJ have made no commercial progress in 13 years!

We'll be lucky to hold £5 today if early trading is anything to go by. I had really high hopes for easyJet but there's clearly been a complete loss of market confidence in easyJet's ability to deliver on its profit forecast, hence the abysmal shareprice. It's looking like we're going to need stellar results next week to have any hope of cracking £6! I've wasted 3 years waiting for this to recover!

Oil now up over 3%! Nightmare! Let's hope Trump enacts his drill, baby, drill policy on day 1!

Not so sure. Oil price rising again, which is probably the reason the SPs of airlines stateside are dropping back. I had hoped we'd seen the back of higher oil prices but the oil industry has managed to orchestrate another bull market, which will ofcouse cause more inflation. There's always a fly in the ointment!

Great news. Hopefully all killing is now over and the ordinary folks in Gaza/Israel can start to rebuild their lives. Will it help EZJ? Not so sure as the oil price has resumed its upward trajectory, something which will not do airlines any favours! The recovery here could be a long slog!

I think this is just getting started. JP Morgan say £3.60. Banks, especially Barclays, have been undervalued for years so maybe the re-rate has begun!

It's clearly not for a lack of passengers that the SP is languishing. 🤞 for next week.

It's all a mystery but rather annoying as I'm sure their dabbling is affecting the SP not least by creating uncertainty as to what they're up to. Today's downgrade from Barclays, although still suggesting a target of 700p down from 750p, is disappointing. A downgrade is never good. TBH, I'm losing hope that EZJ can re-rate as it's clearly marooned below £5 until results. God help us if they're poor or even slightly underwhelming! Beginning to regret investigating in easyJet as it's SP performance since COVID has been a spectacular failure! It's a dud, I'm afraid!

On her feet earlier in parliament denying any loss of confidence in UK PLC by the money markets! She's a completely incompetent, I mean she can't even speak properly! Meanwhile, the pound is worthless and the stock market a basket case, a bit like the easyJet shareprice! Maybe successfully investing in Starmer's Britain is impossible! Wish I'd sold 2 weeks ago but the allure of £6 was too much. Hindsight! Not sure we'll ever see £6 under this hopeless government!

This company is finished. Rowland and his team are treating shareholders with disdain. Maybe they could just be honest and let us know that it's over. Why delay matters? A despicable bunch!

This share is becoming very predictable as we arrive at the seemingly inevitable 600p vicinity. I guess this could be described as another buying opportunity. I already have! One day in the distant future the shareprice might just go up and stay up!

Up above $80 and the pound down below $1.22! Are Starmer and Reeves going to put the kibosh on IAG's progress? LTHs have waited years for this recovery so it seems almost perverse that our own government's economic illiteracy could undo it as recession looms. Sickening 😡
