You're right, Ade, Wilson et al are making big bucks off the backs of long suffering shareholders who never get to share in the bonanza. It's becoming too predictable for it to be just bad luck. This just feels like a lifestyle company, plain and simple. Wonder how much we'll drop today?

Definitely, Ade, it's quite pathetic really after all the hype. Another house keeping RNS but never one giving an operational update. This company is not performing for shareholders despite Wilson's boast of significant value being created for them. Where the hell is it? This is going back from whence it came unless there's some news soon but it doesn't look like there's going to be. It's always the same with this dog i.e you're scared to sell in case they actually sell something but of course that never happens nor never will by the look of it. The S&P debacle is typical AFC. It's just the same as before only under new management. The old saying that you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear could apply here!

Down 9%! Hardly feels like a company on the cusp of a commercial breakthrough! The lack of comms is getting very tedious. Investors need more than hype and a few LinkedIn posts about hydrogen conventions and what role ammonia might play in the future energy mix. Wilson is failing shareholders just like Bond did. Up to this point, I see no difference. The ammonia cracker is the new AlkaMem or holy grail if you prefer, great in theory but never destined to become a commercial reality. It's all talk and no action as previously.

This is not an easy share to make money on! Strike action won't do the shareprice any favours either so let's hope the dispute gets sorted pronto. Will it ever get to £7? Maybe if we get a settlement in the ME it might start climbing but that's looking like a long shot now. Patience required as ever!

Not necessarily, Ade after all we're still waiting on news that ABB have pulled out! Wilson even said, when asked about progress on the the ABB agreement, that he'd never heard of them! 😕 And clearly the market doesn't fully believe the story here without more evidence given the crappy shareprice. The longer the silence endures the more it feels like AFC under Bond! Obviously, I hope to be proved wrong as soon as possible!

Definitely being held back, I feel. This should be much higher given the huge potential and significant involvement of professional investors who don't normally invest £millions to see it go down the pan!

It's been imminent for a decade! And still no S&P news. I think it can be written off as it's well beyond Wilson's initial time frame for the announcement to be made and his subsequent "soon" comment has turned out to be inaccurate too. Maybe he's been taking advice from his predecessor! Day after day one looks for the bombshell RNS but it never ever comes. Different name, same s***!

Too many short sighted sellers preventing this from properly breaking out. Just a little something from GDR to help it on its way would be most welcome.

It all sounds fantastic when you read the LinkedIn post and new website,which is great but will it really happen as described e.g. as far as I'm aware we don't actually have a finished Hy5 unit to sell or hire and I believe I was correct in saying we're not selling any hydrogen yet. (See below)

If they can deliver on the rhetoric then this is easily £1 a share but as ever with AFC or sorry, H-Power, it's a big "if"! They do sound super confident though! 🤞

I have a feeling this is going to start edging up in anticipation of the FDA submission. It's already selling for over 1.10 and buying closer to 1.11 so a tighter spread, which must be a good sign. I bought a small tranche at just under 1.10 a short time ago. Hopefully this will be on the move soon. 🤞

Good points, kat. Let's hope Trump manages to flog China as many Boeings as he can. And maybe he can lean on Xi to help sort the Iranian fissile material problem so we can get the SOH open asap. 🤞

GKN (MRO) certainly needs an upside! Let's hope we get it soon as the SP action is not inspiring! The long awaited recovery to a decent level (£7 plus) never quite materialises for one reason or another. Hopefully patience and lots of it, will pay off one day!

It's one final throw of the dice. AFC failed in its objective to commercialise alkaline fuel cells and was no longer offering these products, therefore the name had to change to more accurately reflect what the company does i.e it produces hydrogen from cracking ammonia and either sells it directly to clients or used it to produce electricity via bought in PEM fuel cells which are packaged in house. I note the SP is down trading under the new name so it hasn't impressed the market. Only sales will do that and we've been saying that for 20 years! Wilson needs to get a move on or he'll be coming out with the begging bowl again. Meanwhile ITM and CWR forge ahead! Depressing.

Different name, same s**t shareprice. I guess the name change was necessary under the trades description act as it's no longer an alkaline fuel cell designer or manufacturing company. That's probably our RNS quota used up for the next 6 months!

Maybe they need to wheel Charles Archer out again!

Pump and dump is over so it's back to circa 1p! I guess the market is determined to keep us here until some substantive news arrived. Let's hope it's not months away. One needs the patience of a saint with this one! Still holding and hoping 🍀

If you believe that you'd believe anything! If the S&P partner is so enthusiastic as to increase their ambitions on working with AFC then why can't we be told who they are? It's all starting to take on that familiar BS smell! I really thought this guy Wilson would be different but apart from buying in PEM fuel cells to replace the AEM junk we had before, what has really changed? We're still sitting here completely in the dark on what's happening to progress all the rhetoric into actual orders and revenue. What's going on with ICL, the S&P partner, Komatsu etc.? We know not!

Nearly a year ago (June 2025) AFC announced a JDA with an S&P partner and told shareholders we'd know the identity of said partner within 6 to 9 months! Not so! Seems to me nothing has really changed at AFC. I don't think we'll ever hear the identity of said S&P partner if there ever was one! It pains me to say it but It's starting to feel like Bond never left! They are simply not delivering for shareholders, which is nothing new, unfortunately. Same old!
