Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The only idiots on here Escala are the ones who believe a single word Bond says. Just think about what this company was once offering. Cutting edge, high power density, alkaline fuel cells but unfortunately it was all BS. Instead we've got a low power density, low power output offering after almost 2 decades of "research and development"! It's certainly not what I was hoping for. The whole thing has been akin to a scam.
As the SP sinks maybe it's becoming clearer just how dishonest and dangerous haggis' posts are as he claims that the ammonia cracker is all that Adam Bond says it is! I mean Bond's such a reliable guy that it must be true. Right?
But ABB was meant to have received their units last year along with Acciona who were also meant to have received their S series 50kVA H- Power generator in 2023! I wonder what could possibly have gone wrong?! Are Julich still expecting their unit? No more talk of Mace or Keltbray! And yet some folks have great confidence in AFC to deliver on their promises. Based on what? Past history?
Looks like Bond is out of news. His pumping campaign has fallen completely flat, even his blatant attempt to big up the ammonia cracker's value to more than the current MC, was roundly dismissed by the market. With interest rates higher for longer, the SP here unfortunately won't increase significantly anytime soon, I don't believe. Imagine how different things might have been if AFC had been getting ready to supply ABB with 200kW units instead of Speedy with the enormous 30kW iteration fuel cell generators. AFC is certainly well practiced in underwhelming investors and the wider market. Nonetheless, our current incumbent CEO is worth every penny of his exorbitant remuneration package as he beavers away trying to convince anyone who'll listen that AFC is on the road to greatness. π
One wonders why, instead of going off on a tangent with ammonia cracking, AFC didn't continue concentrating on perfecting AlkaMem! It was supposed to be virtually at a commercially viable stage, we were told, so you'd think with a final push the "Holy Grail" could've become a reality. Either that or it was a load of horse s**t all along! This cracker device sounds very similar in that Bond is bigging it up as the next marvel to behold, another "Holy Grail" if you like. (How many holy grails can one company unearth?!) The problem is the market and investors have good memories so don't believe his tosh anymore, hence the complete lack of reaction to his, " best cracker in the world" assurances. I predict that it'll go the same way as AlkaMem i.e. eventually sink without a trace!
Also, if Mike Kendall and David Harvey were such veritable geniuses in their respective fields, why did they come to AFC when they could've gone to Siemens, Bosch, ABB etc.? I don't get it. Maybe I'm missing something obvious. π€
Quite right Daz. It's all an illusion. AFC's set up doesn't shout, "innovative geniuses". What do they even do. They certainly didn't research AlkaMem, that was Professor Varcoe and his team. It's all smoke and mirrors fronted by Bond.
There won't be a Middle East war. It's all talk and bluster. The Iranians don't want big bangs coming to their homestead especially if it were to be their prized nuclear facilities. They know Israelis will do it if they attack Israel.
I've just bought back in recently having sold everything a while back due to an overwhelming feeling of exasperation. I was impressed with the CFO's hefty purchase followed by the Chair sometime later so I thought, " they must be confident." I would like to see Margherita buy more, however, just to hammer home the point I suspect Luka Mucic is trying to make i.e. VOD has a bright future. I'm hoping for better luck here second time round! Mind you so far it's been more of the same! I guess the potential postponement of interest rate cuts isn't helping!
It doesn't look like they can pommy as they are perennially getting it wrong with their predictions of great times ahead. How much disappointment can people take. Think AlkaMem and liquid cooled S+ units. All we have is low power density power towers to show for the millions of pounds spent on research over nearly 2 decades! The only winners here are Adam Bond and the BOD all of whom have earned handsomely from this horror show. Look at the SP! Who in their right mind could be happy with that?
I've got to say again about the 30kW unit, having looked at the picture with Adam and his chums standing beside it, it's huge! It looks to be X3 power towers together in one cabinet. I can't see it catching on in a big way due to its size as I'm sure space can be an issue in certain construction sites. Again, for me the future has to be with more power dense units but as we've seen with the 200kW unit, that's proving to be a harder nut to crack. And after 19 years of "research and development" if that's the best they can do, it's pretty poor.
So your idea is that admin should only allow posters who post positively about AFC kite, despite it's very poor record stretching back 19 years. Is that just to be ignored in your fantasy world? Maybe they should look at the cabal of rampers on here. I don't know another bulletin board where so many posters see no issues with a non delivering CEO and company. It's quite astonishing, really.
That's commendable Jim and sorry for your loss but maybe you should tone down your insulting language on here towards other posters. It's only natural that you'll get people's backs up with the type of vitriolic posts you specialise in.
You're such a great guy Jim! It's a pity you present on here as a foul mouthed bully towards anyone who holds a legitimately critical view on this under performing company. The evidence is there, over many years, to make that a credible position to take but not in your biggotted world. You know nothing about me so don't let your warped mind let you imagine me as some sort of hopeless loner. You're quite obviously a fantasist so no-one other than your sycophantic chums on here, could take you seriously. I note you've resisted my challenge to predict when the SP will rise. That's confidence for you. π€‘
I could only justify commenting on this board as a shareholder Ogggs. If I'm not in then I have no right to criticise. Yes I bought a few more as it looked like progress was being made but Bond and Dixon Clarke spoiled that with their hopeless presentation. I stay invested in case a miracle happens and they actually deliver a profitable business but also to raise concerns about the unscrupulous way investors have been misled for years by this company. It really is scandalous.
So you're not concerned about a 14 year delay, Jim. lol You're either a liar or an idiot, probably both. It's the disingenuousness of fools like you with their inability to confront reality that is just so shocking. No company should take 19 years to produce a viable product but in your fantasy world Jim, that's perfectly acceptable. I dare you to make another prediction as to when you see the SP improving. Come on, I need a good laugh π
I've often thought it a cruel twist of fate that the Middle East has so much of the world's oil reserves. It's one reason why technological advances towards power production from hydrogen and nuclear fusion are so important. I look forward to the day that we no longer need to rely on said region for energy.
