It's starting to feel like old times at AFC. Maybe Wilson has underestimated the depth of the challenge with the lack of updates becoming a concern. No news is sometimes good news but it doesn't feel like it here! More patience I guess!

It just keeps going lower! I used to talk about £7 a share but I'm starting to think that's now a pipe dream. The market clearly doesn't favour MRO so I'm now thinking if I can break even at some future point that will be a result! It's so disappointing and with the SOH blockade on for the long-term it could go a lot lower. I was hoping for some type of agreement but that's not happening. I just wish we could have some global stability for a few years. Is it too much to expect?

Come on Alittlebitmore, we can't even sustain 14p FFS! Meanwhile, ITM and particularly CWR are flying with both now worth nearly 10 times AFC's MC. This company is failing its shareholders whatever way you look at it! Ade is correct, everything takes far too long. It's all talk and JDAs etc. What's really changed?

I had done joaung but I thought I'd be smart and sold them last week for a decent profit, CWR @466 and ITM @ 136! But as you know they've powered ahead particularly CWR and both have received broker upgrades today! Bad timing as usual! I have always maintained high hopes for AFC and stuck with it but now fear that I've backed the wrong horse! I did buyback a few ITM yesterday but not enough! 😂 Maybe if AFC ever actually sell something we could join in the bonanza but I'm becoming increasingly doubtful.

I've been reading articles about how undervalued JD Sports is for more than a year now but it just keeps going down. I foolishly added some just now but will no doubt regret my attempt to "average down" I guess one needs to take a chance every so often but this dog of a share has been consistently bad for years now. Being a contrarian investor I'm hoping for the best but have low confidence. It reminds me a lot of that other dog, Vodafone, which has recovered somewhat. Let's hope JD follows suit.

I think the likelihood of returning to combat is increasing as the Iranians are clearly not going to give up enrichment. I suspect this has become a long-term hold for most now in the hope of getting out with a profit at some point in the future. It is odd that the defence sector, which should include MRO, seems to be under severe pressure given there are 2 wars going on. Maybe they'll go up when the third one starts between China and Taiwan! The world is in a very sorry state. Worse maybe than in 1939!

I agree Daz that Wilson is an improvement over Bond and has committed his own dosh but progress still appears to be slow. A confirmation that we actually are taking in revenue from our on sight cracker would be most welcome. Thanks for the reminder of the positives.

ITM and CWR steaming ahead again with this trying to hang on to their coat tails. And still nothing on the S&P partner. I'm sad to say it feels like the same old here and with other companies in the green space charging ahead, it's particularly disappointing.

And focus on the slight negative it does! Always the same. The only hope here is for some positive outcome on Iran. Disappointing but predictable market reaction.

Defence growth up. Wide body and business jet growth up but narrow body down consistent with the ongoing trend. Let's hope the market doesn't focus on that slight negative.

Sounds very positive. Let's hope we get a bit of relief from the downward trend.

Looking forward to the next "big announcement" to cheer me up and settle my nerves. In the meantime I'll keep taking the valium whilst awaiting my first premium bond win!

The problem with that theory is that AFC are no longer AFC as they've dropped the alkaline chemistry and now buy in normal PEM fuel cells which I suspect are very similar to the ones used by Geopura!

Not sure, Ade but their lack of actual progress is stifling the shareprice. The S&P issue for example is fast becoming a major negative I feel and it reminds me of the kind of stuff Bond used to come out with i.e. great at announcing MOUs and JDAs never to be heard of again. This is starting to follow the same path. ICL, S&P and Komatsu all onboard but for how long? Sorry to sound negative but I'm fed waiting for something tangible after so much talk.
