So Dennis was dismissive of ammonia cracking to produce hydrogen! He nerds to be careful as his way of producing hydrogen is not delivering and is expensive so he may live to regret that comment if indeed he actually made it!

AFC up 13% today and could be turning a corner. It's ammonia cracker can produce hydrogen much cheaper than electrolysers and then convert it to electricity using proprietary fuel cells at parity with the cost of diesel generators! Maybe ITM will end up being the basket case. I hope both do well!

So the 710MW contract has clearly done nothing for the SP. Jam tomorrow doesn't cut it anymore. Dennis is simply not delivering for shareholders as we sink back into the 60s! It's all very disappointing.

Creeping back towards 10p! Maybe the article posted by Jim yesterday is starting to attract interest from investors looking for a life changing opportunity. There's still a reasonable chance that that could happen as AFC's tech is real and is being actively considered for commercial deployment by reputable global companies. There's certainly a higher chance of getting rich here than by investing in bitcoin!

With the SP now firmly in the doldrums one wonders what might get it moving north again. I suspect shorters are at play here but with a company benefiting from the rich seam of increasing demand in aerospace components both civil and military, this move lower should reverse soon. I just hope the CFO retiring hasn't knocked confidence. Not sure why it would but who knows?

I guess one of the problems is the time AFC take to prove their technology. The cracker has been around for a few years now and it's still not commercially available, which can give competitors, often with more resources, time to catch up. I just pray that good progress is being made with our S&P partner which we will hear about shortly!

Wow! Next thing you'll all be saying the BBC is trying to undermine confidence in the green hydrogen sector. There's a lack of open mindedness on here! Blind optimism is not a good investment strategy!

I'm considering it, hairy but will wait for results to see where we are. Green hydrogen production should've been powering ahead by now if there is real ambition to decarbonise.

For for green hydrogen has clearly waned, which might explain the difficulty ITM is experiencing achieving FIDs on agreed projects.

Am I missing something? The market clearly doesn't favour MRO for whatever reason. I'm sure the new CFO will be perfectly competent so hopefully that's not an issue. I guess it's just a case of waiting for it to recover and hopefully to make new highs. Business is clearly booming so that's only a matter of time!

Think it's more to do with potential peace in Ukraine. All defence stocks are down even though defence spending is set to increase, peace or no peace, so seems an odd reaction.

Nothing new there then, Sparkey! It's been bumpy in the extreme for years! I just want some good news on the S&P partner so this can re-rate. Is it too much to ask? Being a shareholder here is akin to some kind of penance or even self flagellation metaphorically speaking. Everyone who has held here long-term deserves to be richly rewarded. I just hope it doesn't take another 20 years as some of us won't be around to benefit! ⚰️

BTW I would've agreed that AFC was a basket case under Bond but I genuinely believe that the new guy, John Wilson who has bought loads of shares, will succeed. Obviously I want ITM to succeed too but I don't like all the hype from Dennis yet we are languishing at circa 70p! I might take your advice, Eastwood.
