I guess confirming positive progress in the roll out of the MT-RNRI POC detection device is the purpose of the RNS. As many here are speculating, it implies that roll out elsewhere (England and Wales) must be imminent!

Meanwhile, babies are suffering hearing loss for life and may even need a cochlear implant by not getting access to this test. The delay in deployment of this now proven POC device in England and Wales could constitute criminal negligence. Parents of babies who continue to suffer gentamicin induced hearing loss will be suing their relevant health providers. Implementation of this test is a no brainer and must now happen at pace in all jurisdictions!

Great news! One wonders why it has taken so long for this test to be rolled out to all neonatal units when it so obviously works and prevents gentamicin induced hearing loss for 1 in 500 babies who need antibiotic treatment? I believe healthy providers have been negligent not to adopt this test sooner. To hear clinicians who have been using it sing its praises suggests that more uptake in England and Wales and indeed worldwide could be imminent. Let's get it introduced to the US market asap!

Not so, Eastwood. John Wilson the CEO over at AFC has been buying copious amounts of shares unlike his predecessor who was a complete bluffer and almost destroyed the company. John at least is leading by example. I always like to see CEO's and other prominent board members putting their own skin in the game. Talk is cheap.

But yet this is stuck. The jam tomorrow promises are not cutting it anymore. We need contracts that are ready to go and soon. I note Dennis has still not put his hand in his pocket to put his money where his mouth is! Oil getting cheaper too so maybe the green revolution will be put on the back burner. Beginning to lose hope here tbh.

With the news blackout continuing I find myself almost wishing for a Bond style BS RNS just to keep investors interested. Maybe that was Bond's MO. Still think he should be in jail!

Even if there's peace and we all hope there will be, the build up in military hardware in Europe and NATO will continue and especially around the increasing requirements for military aircraft, which is where MRO come in. With the largely accepted prerequisite for all NATO countries to spend a minimum of 3 to 5% of GDP on defence MRO's order book for military aircraft engine and structural components is bound to increase. And then there's the booming demand for commercial jets so I can't see any case for a decrease in demand for MRO's (GKN's) products. Hopefully Reeves will confirm an increasing defence expenditure on Wednesday.

Let's just hope, nay pray 🙏 that the ammonia cracker is as good as they say it is. It's been a long time in R&D and must now surely be ready for deployment. Come on JW, give us some badly needed good news!

A tentative start but at least it's green and maybe more importantly going the opposite way from RR. Hoping for a return to the 600s this week. Is anybody adding at these prices?

Does AFC hold the record for the longest time of any company spent in R&D mode? It must be near the top for sure. 20 years and counting! It's unbelievable really but the miracle is that it's still going plugging away researching and developing! 😂

It's joining RR on a downward trajectory maybe due to the prospect of an end to the war in Ukraine as some wrongly perceive this to mean a drop of on defence spending. It's a little disconcerting considering recent good quarterly results with everything thing on track. I'm tempted to add more but will probably wait until the dreaded budget is out of the way! We seem to be tracking RR down which is a tad unfair as we didn't track them on the way up! Added a few more yesterday and today although the brutal, contrived US sell off yesterday leaves one with a lot of trepidation. Hopefully you're right about the budget, chill! 🤞

Certainly not! Just a hacked off investor sick of reading about FIDs to come at some point in the future. Why are we not getting proper contacts to supply electrolysing capacity in the here and now. The climate crisis is allegedly in full swing so what are we waiting for?

Dennis from June's RNS announcing Hydropulse. It hasn't started to deliver the exponential industry growth Dennis enthused about, yet! Not a sausage in nearly 6 months! Today's announcement sounds great but we don't know if it will ever happen and I thought Hydropulse was supposed to get around the financing issues. Dennis is a bluffer who doesn't significantly invest in his own company!

I get frustrated, daniel with the contrived negativity from some of the brokers and the resultant long-term debasement of the shareprice. Hopefully that's about to change!

As usual it's all subject to FIDs! It's all getting a bit tiresome and predictable.

It's always good to get anothee perspective, daniel and I like the idea of the discounted cash flow assessment giving a fair value of £2.76! I'd settle for half that! I think in any case that the market is deliberately undervaluing VOD along with many other companies as they overvalue others. I mean should RR really be worth 5 times more than VOD on half the revenue and less profit!
