Something odd there. How can Tango advertise hydrogen generators that are not being made anymore? Maybe they're not expecting any orders. Is it simply green washing?

The bubble theory is a manipulative narrative and comparisons to dot.com completely inappropriate. Micron technology blew earnings out of the water on Wednesday as did Broadcom a couple of days earlier so there is a genuine revolution going on in AI. Data centres is the next big growth area as they're needed to accommodate the AI! I see a booming US economy next year driven by AI and the BBB which will be good for IAG.

You make some interesting points notdeadyet. It does seem to me though that inflation and the health of the underlying economy have become detached. I guess we're in a sort of stagflation atm so for me lower interest rates would be appropriate as I can't see that suddenly causing a demand side surge given other restrictive factors. The Fed has been heavily criticised by numerous US economists for holding rates too high and I guess their lower employment figures might support that view and then we've got the EU @ 2% which Trump looks on at with envy! The new Fed chair who will be called Kevin will certainly be trying to get rates down so hopefully as you say we will get to 3% next year as our lot wouldn't want to be an outlier! Lower rates would definitely help the VOD shareprice which is our main concern on here.

Looks like no news before Christmas or year end. This is taking patience to the extreme!

Data centres will consume so much power that any firm of green electricity will be in huge demand. Maybe AFC is finally in the right place at the right time.

Fcel popped 36% today on better than expected revenue of $55 million due to demand for their fuel cells to power data centres, which are set to grow exponentially to accommodate the AI revolution. Hopefully AFC will soon be able to join in this bonanza!

Think the market was hoping for 0.5. FTSE dropped on the 0.25 news. BOE are being too cautious but what do you expect. They're clueless!

Maybe today's interest rate cut will have an outsized effect (upwards) on VOD's shareprice given the still significant level of debt on the books. Could they do 50 basis points? I think they should as the economy is clearly struggling. I just can't understand the logic of saying that that could be inflationary. It's not as if the economy is suddenly going to start over heating if rates were dropped by 0.5 as it would be counteracted by the huge increase in tax take, which is currently killing growth. I sometimes wonder 🤔 how clever economists actually are as that appears obvious to me or am I missing something?

You're clearly paranoid, Newkotb. The reality here is that ITM is not delivering enough paid for projects. This one is encouraging but it's small scale and 2 years into the future before completion, hence the mooted market reaction. ITM has fantastic technology but the key question is, is there a big enough market for their products to achieve profitability? ATM the market is very much still out on that one. I took a hit and sold half my holding into the slight rise created by this morning's RNS. No doubt Dennis will now drop the mother of all RNSs and I'll be kicking myself! I might buy back if it drops into the 50s.

Good news and very welcome but not operational until the end of next year and then to be a "showcase" for green hydrogen so that's disappointing. Much more of the same will be required to get ITM motoring. It is a good endorsement as to the quality of ITM's technology though who probably have the world's best electrolysers.

It's good to know I'm not alone, Sparkey. Fingers crossed for AFC to multibag and make us both a ton of money. It did it once so it can do it again!

😂 Talking of AFC, tennents, Dennis reminds me a bit of Adam Bond the previous CEO of AFC. He too promised the earth, never bought any shares but was given many free ones and nearly ruined the company. The new CEO, John Wilson, is trying to rebuild it into a successful enterprise, hopefully and he's bought lots of shares so plenty of skin in the game!

On reflection, I agree with the sentiment. JW must know that we're all desperate for a crumb of reassurance via an RNS and that issuing today's notification of further dilution, albeit small, would not be a disappointment for shareholders. Some Aim companies simply exist as a cash cow for the management. I know this from bitter experience on several occasions but I was hoping that finally AFC under new management was going to deliver for long suffering shareholders. The longer the silence continues the more doubtful I'm becoming. Let's face it AIM directors play on shareholders' fantasies of getting rich so they can get away with murder as long as they keep dangling a carrot 🥕. I've made a decent amount (not life changing and certainly hard work) over the years but lost a lot too and also missed out on opportunities to make serious money (RR, Palantir) AFC is nearly my last chance so I'm praying 🙏 that JW actually delivers for us long suffering dreamers. I think we've all paid our collective dues and are deserving to be rewarded with a multibagger! 🤞
