Well, I assume we can vote to reject this takeover. I mean why should we endorse the company going private for not even pennies? I'd rather it goes bust so that the scheming directors don't get anything either or as little as possible. Isn't it wonderful how suddenly there's money available to invest! This just proves haggis is a liar. He has claimed in the past not to be a ramper, well just read his last post objectively and then ask yourself, was it a ramp? He's implying that readers should be aiming for £1.25 or in other words, buy now if you want to make lots of money! This guy knows that this company's SP will probably never be £1.25 but he doesn't care as long as he can get naive punters to buy shares. One thing's for sure,the won't be buying any. Beware of the paid ramper that is haggis/stock!

I thought I was being positive Jim! It's just that I've got used to years of disappointment at the hands of Bond and as a consequence, find it difficult getting overly excited when a positive RNS appears. I think the market takes the same view, hence the subdued shareprice reaction. Bond's ramping antics, over many years now, have damaged sentiment towards AFC. Nothing short of a sale or deal with confirmed income attached will move this significantly now. Delivery of the ABB deal might do it though but the silence there is deafening!

It all sounds very impressive but are we focusing on becoming a hydrogen supplier over a fuel cell producer? Or maybe AFC is going to be a one stop shop for green power. I'm ok with that if it proves commercially viable. Wonder what the SP will do on this news.

So where do you see the SP going in the short term Ade? I know you have been reasonably accurate with your predictions over at AFC so would like to see your take here.

Up 2% tonight on the NASDAQ, so far. Could this worm 🐛 be finally about to turn? We can only hope and pray. It's not like Margherita or the BOD ever try to talk it up or anything. Stoney silence seems to be the norm from VOD. Maybe large dollops of patience will eventually pay off here!

I hope you're right Jim because if this ever does work out we'll both be laughing but in the meantime, maybe it's time you redirected some of your vitriol to Bond et al for their complete failure to deliver any semblance of shareholder value, to date.

The above post from Jimmynan sums him up completely i.e. an arrogant know it all. At least he's now given me permission, "to go ahead and goad me," so I'll try to oblige. Jim is either a blatant, unscrupulous ramper or a complete idiot! I really can't decide which description best suits. Maybe he's a combination of the two! In any case, he is certainly an obnoxious tool with his deluded ramblings best ignored.

Now we know why Budd left. He rinsed the company for as much as he could get and then f****D off!

Where's the ABB deal gone to? Never to be heard of again, I suspect. This company is so predictable. It would be nice if for once they could actually deliver on the rhetoric! Once the money runs out, then what? In this high interest environment, Aim companies are disastrous!

Said James Cheek, CEO. I wonder if his excitement would stretch as far as to convince him to buy lots of shares. If he does that would certainly boost confidence and imply that fund might be possible. If he doesn't buy any then it would be a big hint that it's virtually game over! Come on James, put your money where your mouth is!

I guess the big fear here is that it won't recover. TBH, I'm starting to get concerned as there is zero sign of any kind of turnaround in the SP. It's going to be in the 60s tomorrow potentially and unlike RR there's no obvious catalyst for a big uptick. RR was able to recover due to its revenue exponentially increasing once wide body jets started flying again but VOD's operation is in full swing yet the trend is ever downwards. It really is a shocker. I mean if the market was confident in Margherita's plan you'd think there would be at least some recovery but as this is not the case it implies that Mr. Market is not impressed with her efforts so far. Time for her to go?

Let's face it, Budd jumped ship for a reason. Maybe he was simply desperate to avoid having to explain another dire set of results. It just beggars belief that a company supposedly on the cusp of delivering cutting edge pharmacogenetic diagnostics should find itself in such a weak position. A while back I thought this is company was on the way to achieving commercial success and now it's in a worse position than ever. What went wrong? It's so disappointing.

Looks like Haggis' rabid ramping is having the opposite effect on the SP from the one intended. Jimmynan's prediction of a significant rise this autumn also lies in tatters. Who pays these guys?

Said the most offensive poster on here! I think Jim thinks he's superior and therefore entitled to insult others, when in fact he's just a silly ramper who predicts ridiculous SP rises that never materialise. A clown 🤡 of the first degree!

Due to their lower power output when compared to the theoretical AlkaMem containing units once on offer such as the power cube, power towers will only ever be a niche product and therefore highly unlikely to ever turn AFC into a multi billion pound company. Just my take.

You're well placed at 73p charley. Let's hope it begins to recover soon. I can't see it ever doing an RR though 😔
