Never underestimate the ability of the Yanks to spoil the party. It's so annoying that the UK stocks like IAG cannot seem to progress on their own credentials but rather just mirror what happens stateside. There's no point in buying shares before 14:30!
Selling this down is hampering any rise. Let's hope they finish up soon which should allow the SP to begin rising again.
If there was any significant operational update due they'd have waited until after that before issuing the options RNS. I fear we're back to business as usual i.e. months of nothing happening. This company seemingly only exists to enrich Bond and a few others.
Of course we now know that was all BS. I hope recent assertions by AFC on imminent diesel generator replacement is not also BS. The track record is not good but this hasn't affected Bond being rewarded more free shares for presiding over failure!
It is very difficult, given past exaggerations, to believe everything the company puts out in relation to forthcoming sales etc. I just hope this time, they're being truthful and sales do begin and grow. LTHs deserve a change in fortune here.
Down significantly on Tradegate. Maybe the market isn't willing to wait much longer for news on the much talked about sales of the 30kW unit to Speedy and others. I fear post AGM we'll be back to the silent treatment.
Looks like more punters are starting to agree with my long held belief that Bond has been over egging the pudding. I just hope that Drs. Harvey and Rendall's bought in expertise can dig him and us out of the proverbial hole we have been in for the last 3 years. If the 200kW unit becomes a reality, as promised, then we may have a chance.
There does seem to be genuine interest in AFC's products from some large companies but will this translate into sales? A good point made by JeffMills is that handshakes and compliments posted on LinkedIn don't help the bottom line. And as for the cracker, it's probably a long way from being commercially ready so again no imminent sales of it looks likely. I know markets are forward looking but AFC's timeline for profitably clearly exceeds anything that could influence current market sentiment.
AFC is such a bargain investors are falling over themselves to buy the stock. Apparently they have the best ammonia cracker in the world a would be "Holy Grail" of ammonia crackers and it's worth a lot of money because the company CEO, Adam Bond, said it was. Oh BTW, they haven't sold any of them yet and it's only a prototype but if Adam said it was worth lots, it must be because Adam is very honest.
Whatever they announce Git it will have to be taken with the proverbial pinch of salt as neither of these 2 clowns have any credibility. The shareprice hasn't recovered from their recent double act Q&A session on Investor Meet Company. It's an order book, Peter. Oh no it's not, Adam, it's a pipeline! You couldn't make it up!
The circus is in town at the Napier Suite, Brooklands Hotel on Thursday morning. It's hoped that much pie in the sky will be thrown around by chief clowns, Adam Bond and Peter Dixon Clarke much to the merriment of all in attendance. Not to be missed.
I see haggis is still pedaling his delusional drivel. I strongly suspect he is not invested here but posts at someone else's behest in a futile attempt to pump the shareprice. (Who that someone is is anyone's guess!) Unfortunately, the market has spoken and we're down another 5%. Is there anyone left who genuinely believes this company will ever be commercially successful? As time ticks on and the pile of money gets ever smaller, that prospect is becoming increasingly unlikely, in my view. Meanwhile, Bond is raking it in!
