In the immediate future for Thomas Cook Group, is there more bad news to be revealed or have we seen most of it from the recent RNS resulting in the drop over the last 5 days? Now ask your self this question, are we likely to see some good news come in the form of a sale for part or all of the airlines? Personally I feel that in the immediate future there is only good news for TCG and thats why I am invested here. 12p, 14p, 20p ... its all a climb whilst we wait for the offer to come in. GLAH

I am reading that to enable Fosun to takeover TCG it would first need to sell the airlines to one of the several credible bids it has recieved, this would enable Fosun to complete the takeover which would not interfere with European regulations that state the airline owner has to be European. I appreciate they will sell all or part of the airline but Fosun to make a bid for the remaining company? Thoughts? £?

Please tell me what the value of TCG’s “tangible assets” are, whilst your at it tell me what the value is of there “intangible assets”, when your finished with that tell me what they have in cash. Until you have it correct, stop spouting miss information on here.

Quisty, accountant would not measure the companies worth based on the equity or value of the shares for that present day. They would value it on cash, assets and goodwill - debt amongst other things, when you add all these together it’s worth a darn site more than the 158 million your quoting.
