Reading it seems like a done deal as I have not read recently “subject to shareholder approval” only ‘Fosun’ shareholder approval ...

I’m trying to get my head round if there’s any way Neset, Lilia and Pis grouping together have a chance to block the current deal? Have to admit invesco would probably join forces with NK as they have been completely shafted..

Nothing new which is currently my issue, no mention of Neset or any bid, talks whatsoever, not even an acknowledgment. BOD are complete ncuts. I personally have no trust in them.

TCG RNS, no mention of Neset kockar, Lilia or any proposed deal. Looks like the BOD have truly thucked TCG shareholders.

Still we hear nothing... all over the Turkish media and nothing in the UK about a takeover deal, rescue or any form of bid.

If we hear nothing next week I am afraid I will start to loose faith, can’t see how it’s possible not to comment?

Illbetabuck my question was “if Neset does buy TCG will you give it a rest with the negative attitude towards TCG?” My question was as a result of you say, fake news, Neset will not buy TCG and it’s going to zero.

I have to say that I find it absolutely disgusting we have not heard from the tcg bod regarding Neset and the Turkish news papers.

I should word it better sorry, it might be that shareholder refuse the initail offer from Nest if one is forth coming and they ask for more (further offer). Its not unheard of although I accept TCG is not neccisarily in the best position to argue. Who knows, Nesets offer might be welcome.

JTMacs, not sure why they would need to suspend the share price, they didnt suspend it when they screwed us with Fosun. I think TCG will need to make an announcement today. I suspect an offer will be made from 10p and above, question is .. how much will it be and will share holders accept it? I think many would be unhappy with 10p having bought in at a much higher rate, a counter offer may be made.

Illbetabuck.. as you said, RNS are gospel so if we get one stating Neset is at the table with an offer of some kind will you park your negativity on TCG?
