I have just dipped a toe in at these levels. BTC is down over a third from recent highs and should be due a bounce. Just a question of timing!

To be honest I have no idea why anyone ever takes the IEA seriously?! They are so obviously politically motivated, as you say they underestimate oil demand every year. Duh!
