A decent CEO would be putting pressure on Singers to highlight the investment case of SBTX to its institutional client base. That's what I would be doing at this point...

Frankly, if ONHYM (or whoever is the partner) takes 75% I still think that's a good deal for CHAR given that we will not be committing funds and they will be taking pretty much all the risk.

May be behind a paywall but it is basically saying that this could open the door for more mega deals to come in copper so we shall see....

Thank you for posting the info re ONHYM. You would think that this recruitment drive would only make sense if the Moroccan government is pretty certain that they definitely have proof of the hydrocarbons at Anchois and other locations around the country. I am sure the subject will come up at the AGM, will be good to hear what is said by anyone that is planning to attend.

I don't know if we have any technical analysts left on this BB but in my (non technical) view at least it feels like we have finally run out of sellers in the short term and may be the next move will be up. Just a hunch!

Talking of SOHs stake in SBTX, the last RNS on the subject AFAIAA was on 9th May where he had 7.95% remaining or 18.6m shares. If he has been selling consistently since then he may only have 10m shares remaining. Surely Singers could find us a buyer for this and remove the overhang?
