Navitas have been exceptional re Sealion and I fully expect them to have a similar outcome with ECO. It should be a fulfilling experience in my view

What we could also do with is ACWA (or even Mr Bezos) taking a 10% stake at a premium to the current sp which would only cost them $6/7m on the back of some South African power or Namibian O&G project to get the share price kick started. We lack institutional investors and need some credibility after years of dilution and disappointment

I too have been very happy with a modest investment in ECO. The other commodity stocks I have interest in are:

SOLG - currently well up in 2025 and subject of a bid

CHAR - have been an absolute dog but might just come back from the dead in 2026

HOC - fab performance on the back of silver

PTAL - a new position for me

And some other interesting plays such as SBTX, ECOB. Happy investing to all in 2026!

CHAR shareholders can breathe a sigh of relief!

Please can you explain why a low oil price is good for RKH for the next couple of years? Scratching my head trying to work out why 🤔

After watching these shares every day for the last x years I've noticed an anomaly that seems to work every time.

Whenever we have a day of mainly selling (like today) then the mm's are full of stock and tend to mark up the closing price to make their books look in (temporary) good shape. And of course the opposite also happens on one of those rare days when buyers outnumber sellers. They mark the price down.

Has anyone else noticed this?

To your point about BlackRock owning shares Jiangxi, BlackRock own shares in 5,450 listed companies worldwide and typically around 5-8% of those companies so I wouldn't read too much into their Jiangxi stake. They will have similar stakes in other Chinese companies.

Agreed Bazz. To me he looked extremely nervous and too keen to say that everything's wonderful when it obviously isn't when the shares are down 9% on underwhelming results. Over promised and underdelivered is my overall assessment
