Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
"In Europe medical cannabis is legal in almost all countries in the EU, as such it is basically one large market. By contrast, the U.S. is not federally legal and is a state-by-state market that prohibits scale economies, interstate commerce and other similar opportunities that would flow from a fully legal market. So EMMAC’s ability to scale and deliver across Europe is incredibly powerful, and cannot be matched. With estimates in Europe of medical cannabis growing from $320 million in 2019 to an estimated $8 billion in 2023, the future is happening now.
With a fully vertically integrated business with cultivation, distribution, processing and R&D, EMMAC is able to produce high quality cannabis at the lowest price – which is significant: compared to the Canada average cost per gram of $2.14, EMMAC has a cost per gram of $0.36. That’s not a mistake – we do it differently and better and know how to make the highest quality at a fraction of the cost."
Cielo102 - the great scratch head question. I personally look at what has been happening to all the investments in the past few months. I find the independent auditors take on the NAV to be slightly bizarre and way way under cooked - they report on the previous 6 months, 6 months ago & therefore release old data immediately! This is particularly the case with Emmac, Leap, Portage and Vemo all of whom have made stunning strides since the last call.
Even Ed was looking to get a second opinion on this in his last interview.
With all these looking to IPO (change Vemo for Juvenescence) we should start to see real market value applied to the p/f. In the case of Emmac I believe it will be a few multiples of what is currently known and with Leap (FFWD with 43.4%) many MANY MULTIPLES OF THE CURRENT MCAP - Portage, Juv doing very well too.
Factom is now ruled out (and any movement there is a bonus) Dodgy boots is also crap.
In summary the NAV is completely outdated, I'm not sure anyone knows what it is tbh. My guess is that in the next half year report we will start to see real progress - but then that doesn't take into account any of the latest developments - and boy there is action behind the scenes on a nealy daily basis.
Conservatively about 5 times todays MCap I believe for starters...
Well - It's going to be sometime very soon. I'm going to enjoy this show....pass the popcorn.
After years, the potential of the FFWD investments are starting to shine through. Excellent RNS today that frankly by itself makes the SP here look ridiculous compared to NAV. This is total basement last chance saloon imo.
And then there is the mighty LeapGaming... (how massive is Leaps IPO going to be?)
And Portage
And Juvenescence
And Vemo.
What a year we have in store.
Seems like the idiot has been doing his stuff again. Playing with fire. We all know what's going on and what is coming.
What an extraordinary investment FFWD is turning out to be.
In the last 2 weeks we learn of:
Intensity Therapeutics (via PortageBiotech) & the first results alongside Merck.
Portage have completed their listing diligence & are now ready to IPO.
Emmac (Cannabis Europe) Germany contract.
Leap official games alongside IMG Arena. Globally.
Leap tennis ATP launch with IMG Arena
100% Factom reverse genius manoever.
...and we're STILL at 7p
and that's without
The mighty Juvenescence IPO in H2
Vemo silently working its magic.
Who knows what Yooya are up to - but I have my suspicions...
You've gotta be in.
Unless he is party to all this....
Leap have somewhat inadvertently hit the jackpot with this awful pandemic banning everything in sight. I'm not sure that the market quite gets the magnitude of all this for FFWD share holders (with 43.7%).
It rockets Leap into the mainstream of the betting/gaming world and into the public domain. It must be worth an absolute fortune atm.
So, just come back in to see the SP -21% down.
It's as if there's been a whopping death-spiral placing? (which can't happen). OMG.
So basically nothing has changed except more delay in Govt procedure (typical in Zim) which as we all know is as good as nailed on. This simple procedural requirement transforms Zulu, an already superb prospect, into a seriously massive Tier1 resource & transforms PREM.
Crikey - I'd be gobbling up shares if I could at this sensational over-reaction.
It is completely hilarious, AIM at its most ludicrous.
Having followed, invested - loved and loathed this company in equal measure over the last 5 years, I think Prem's time has finally arrived.
IMO - You just don't get many amazing openings and opportunities on AIM on this scale.
Take it.
It is as the big man would say; imminently imminent.
Of all the oomscah and detritus that AIM has to offer and here is FFWD on the cusp of very well publicised news, huge news with Portage Biotech re-emerging and listing on the markets (likely to be NASDAQ), with no debt, no placings due, cash of £1.6m and some absolutely belting investments. BoD heavily invested & a relatively small (a lot being very tightly held) share float.
Added to that it is technically well undersold with it's fire-sale price (NAV) being at 13p. So currently anything under that price prior to news is... well...a steal, a bargain, a gift. Like right now.

Can someone explain exactly what this means please.
I'm led to believe it enables II's to be able to invest in FFWD and not restricted by the £50m Mcap AIM ceiling by becoming an authorised fund. Is this correct?
Jim Mellon:
”This is an
excellent development for this innovative growth company. We believe being
authorised by the GFSC will make our company a more attractive investment
opportunity for institutional funds and private investors alike whilst it is not
expected to impact on the Company and its operations. In an effort to be
totally transparent FastForward is now a quoted and authorised fund".
Funny, that's when my butler brings mine too...
Basically classic MM manipulation. It's as if they have no shares above this level!!
In other words it will absolutely fly when it finally breaks.
Thanks, but many people do look in from time to time, and news will set pulses and interest racing - just hoping it can help.
