I admit it, 7 years ago I was most certainly green around the ears when Factom, Juvenescence, LeapGaming & Vemo had extraordinary potential - it was a spreadsheet from a different age, and that spreadsheet was nothing more than a best case scenario at that time. Little was I to know how inept the management was at Factom & it failed, so be it...
6 years on and finally one of those old legacy investments LEAP, has come through & the direction of #SEED has done a 180 degree turn & is now run with purpose and with a plan.
So you can pointlessly harp back to a different era all you want. LEAP is now quite a game changer for SEED and with the Medicinal Cannabis market at a low ebb - what better timing could one possibly have to create an exceptional fund like no other in the World with a BOD who really the medicinal cannabis industry that is effectively in its infancy.
It doesn't take a great deal to understand the incredibly close, even symbiotic relationship between Leap and IMG Arena - & see that they are almost certainly producing a revenue way above £3m per month based on their global output and the licensing accords that tie in directly to all that IMGA do. Leap are now a Global leader - their products can be seen everywhere. If you look - if you actually bother to do some research.
BTW - I see zero research from you whatsoever - you're like a mouldy potato trying to tell everyone what to think.
You sit back and try to dominate this board with abuse & negativity - well, that's your call - but after 6 years I've done my research thoroughly & I have a pretty good idea that the Liquidity event Ed McDermott, our CEO has spoken of is now very, very close - the UK licences were pivotal & a LEAP sale or IPO will catapult SEED forward. It's pretty bloody obvious frankly.
These are new and exciting times for SEED & right now we are on the doorstep to a new beginning, after a droll few years.
So I hope you're wearing your glasses and when you walk out of the door & don't trip over the re-rate that will happen. I wish you all the best.
In trite & typical style you'll probably drown this post out with endless small petty & abusive posts in order that fair thinking folk can't access it. What a guy you are.
Look guys - it was all arranged months ago. They could pull the trigger any time now - I personally think the IPO is a red herring. I also think it's when it suits Yariv (Leap) the best as there was a mention of some big stuff coming very soon too, they've had plenty of time to really plan this. Be prepared. It really could be anytime now. About the strongest buy on AIM atm. Good luck to all.
So Leap Gaming is awaiting 3 licences that are overdue & 'pending' - when they are passed the inevitable feel is that Endeavor (one of the Worlds biggest companies) will be buying LEAP & therein use the Leap products in their IMG Arena stable of tools... (and probably list LEAP on the market). IMG hold the sporting rights to just about everything... which is why they will probably then 'list' LEAP in it's own status.
The 'betting' market has seen some incredible deals in the last year and LEAP will be no exception as it has a foothold in almost all betting arenas, across the world. Its growth has been exponential to say the least. It is now considered as a brand leader in the mainstream press.
Considering IMG's world wide tie-up's with every sporting brand imaginable, and with LEAP becoming an integral part of their company dynamics, if the sale is below £250 million I will be bitterly disappointed.
#SEED's MCAP is £11m currently - they own 47% of LEAP! It's insane - literally!! Work it out!!
And just consider this - their 6 medicinal cannabis investments are now worth nothing apparently atm according to the MCAP/NAV, and yet these cannabis investments have been out performing the market on every single half yearly release, by miles.
Time to see a very quick shift in direction & if you've got one ounce of logic still left in your head you might want to do some research here....
Stirrings are now very much afoot for an unbelievable re-rate to get this stunning p/f to where it should be.
I've got a 1000% uplift in my mind over the next 3 years, without any problem whatsoever.
But that aside, currently I'm really enjoying the research from the LSE board atm - so informative, so on the ball, so keeping us all up to date with the +20 portfolio related companies.
Recent VEMO news was spectacular? JUV news fairly orgasmic? Yes? No?
Leap is and will be completely and utterly sensational. Deal after deal after deal...But yet nothing is priced into the Mcap. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - so carry on being inert dicks without a clue in the world.
You really do have no idea what you're sitting on.
And quite frankly, it's hilarious.
I can only assume Mellon is selling more of his holding to fund his fake food and new skin. Otherwise the SP would be nowhere near this level. It's frankly an absolute and utter bargain at the moment. Hope you have a chance to read this, research the portfolio, invest, sit back and enjoy.
Does anyone know what the heck is going on here?
So LEAP is worth almost nothing to FFWD apparently although FFwds 44% could easily be worth about $100m. They are likely to be bought out by IMGA as a grand part of the Endeavour restructure - ffs look this up. FFWD are sitting on a gold mine of unprecedented value
Yooma might be worth also almost nothing according to the MCAP but is weekly becoming THE mega global cannabis interface - both are on fire.
And then happy go lucky punters turn up on here....
How much more evidence do you need to realise what's about to happen?
At the forefront of tomorrows boom sectors, FFWD is as undervalued as any stock I've ever seen.
Very well said matey.
Hope you've done as much research on the death jab as you have on FFWD... Good luck.
It really won't matter soon - anything uner 10 is extraordinary
Buys showing as sells, typically
I'm just jealous. You can buy FFWD now at his price? Lucky you. Over the next few months we will see multiples of this SP. It's an SP bonanza & a dividend bonanza too IMO. After so long the potential is now going to start shining through. Anything under 10p is a staggering steal. Don't for one second believe me, but do look at LEAP GAMING, do look at Portage, do look at Emmac, do look at YOOMA! do look at Juvenescense! Lucky, lucky you. And good luck.
Hypocrite, your last 10 posts **** off others or are utter drivel. lol - You are funny.
Stunning (again)
Super post - thanks
Must now be worth multiples of todays MCAP alone.
Without Emmac, Factom, Vemo, Yooma/Socati, Juvenescence, Portage (all of which are on fire)
It is becoming a case of; with whom are LEAP NOT partnered with. In the World.
Extraordinary P/F.
"As the largest independent European cannabis company, this deal will meaningfully enhance our ability to take advantage of every opportunity in Europe and solidify our leading position. In addition, it will support our global ambitions by providing us the capital to be able to explore other markets for expansion, including the U.S.
We have made great efforts to build strength across the value chain, and this transaction will help unlock additional capacity to pursue opportunities with the European cannabis market, and possibly beyond."
"The largest opportunity in cannabis currently is Europe, predicted to be worth in excess of $13 billion by 2023 and larger than the European alcohol and tobacco markets combined at maturity. We believe there is no company better positioned to capitalize on this opportunity than EMMAC. One of only five actively licensed cultivators, EMMAC has the largest fully-vertically integrated pan-European footprint, and the lowest cost of production.
The unique platform we’ve created, which leverages our huge cost advantages in production and pharma-based distribution, is unmatched and exceedingly difficult to replicate. With a best-in-class management team that has delivered a proven track record of success in highly regulated industries, we believe EMMAC is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the opportunities presented by this high-growth market, led by rapid regulatory change and the increasing demand for access to premium quality cannabis. And our execution already, in building this business, bears all of this out."
