Thank you to Wigster for your reply to me, and also thank you to TP who also replied this morning. Unfortunately peeps I'm still left scratching my head, I still do not understand. I am sorry but you will need to be patient with me here but I need to understand this :((

If the shares are going to be diluted by 100% or 200% for example, then will someone with an EXISTING average of 70p now have an average of 140p or 210p because of all the new shares in circulation? Hopefully you see what I mean

I have a question for all which deeply concerns me. With the new share issue and dilution that I'm assuming is coming, what will happen to all of our averages?

For example if I have an average of 70p, if millions of new shares are going to be issued then will all of our averages fly up automatically if we all do nothing? Seeing as though there are more overall shares in circulation now?

Thank you for your reply and being honest about your position.

I am also knee deep in all of this as I would imagine a lot of us are to be frank. My options are also limited to generally holding and seeing what comes next. Hopefully the package that's apparently imminent will do enough to calm us all down.

This EGM, even though I have absolutely no idea where the notion of an EGM has come from, will definitely happen in my opinion. I also believe like many here that we will get news before the EGM announcement. But what do I know.

I hope that the news is of a positive deal/plan/way forward straight away. If it isn't and this SP gets demolished instead then the patience that many have shown here will be tested even further and I just do not think that would be fair to everyone that has held through all of this pain until now.

I hope so too. Why would such a bold statement be made if it were only a 'carrot'.

Because surely he'd anticipate the same fury at the EGM if shareholders weren't happy at that stage.

So why bother kicking the can for 6-8 weeks if he was worried about the same question being asked at the EGM that was of no improvement to the share price.

Just my 2 cents. Fingers crossed for us all, and fingers crossed for a lot more than 30p as you say.

Doc.Daneeka, your words are comforting. I have been very worried that I would not even get half of my money back ever again but I have my fingers crossed that you will be correct. This side of Christmas would be welcome.

You are also correct when you say I will find it hard to leave if the share price hits that level. If it does and the feeling here is good then I will probably see how much more of my money I can get back. If it wasn't for all of you on this forum I would have lost hope a long time ago.

With regards to the 60p average comment, I feel you are not alone here. My average is higher than yours and I am just hoping for half of my money back now at this point. This share has done damage to my life and even if we were to achieve 30-35p I would be happy. That wouldn't even be half of my money back but 30-35p is what would make me happy that not all was lost for me here.

I hope we achieve that number soon. Some days are harder to maintain my optimism but I can hope.

Dippfs that was one of the best posts of the week, thank you. I've also felt that a partial capital raise from PIs would be all that was needed as a deal may be in the offing. It's useful to read posts from people that actually attended the AGM.

Thank you for the detailed reply Spacman. You are one of the only posters left here that I pay attention to now as there have been calls you have made that I believe you have gotten correct.

Wigster has speculated a fundraise at 3-3.5p and the SP to recover to 8p. I shall be honest, my concern is also about the fundraise harming the SP for a considerable time first. And even harming it to the point of trial news being unable to remedy it by much. Therefore your theory of what you personally think trial news could do to the SP is very welcome and much more optimistic than I once was. However after years of my own doom and gloom, I now share your optimism.

Spacman what are your thoughts on possible dilution affecting the SP? Like you say, it is impossible to speculate, but do you think it would harm the SP as much as we think or are you sticking with your prediction of the trial news remedying all damage that the fundraise could/would cause? Do you think that dilution is even a possibility or do you think a deal with a third party has been secured so that dilution would not even by felt by the average PI?

Spacman. Can I ask please when you think investors would get this "value to shareholders and soon" bit of good fortune that you speak of? On funding announcement? On trial announcement? Or after trial results?

Last week was 6-8 weeks, now it should be 5-7 weeks. Thank you to everyone who has taken part in all of the interesting discussion post-AGM.

Just a question for everyone here please. It's been rumoured that there'll be some pretty big dilution coming up.

Would this cause a plummeting in the SP due to the dilution? Or could it be a rise in the SP due to the positive-sounding funding deal that lurks on the horizon?

Weird to be asking if the SP could be going to go down or up because if we all knew that then none of us would have any problems on the stock market, but thought I would ask this for discussion purposes only. It's hard to tell if the market will see it as a very bad thing or a very good thing that's coming up!

Sounds promising Ragz. May i ask - when would you personally expect to see a good bump in the SP like x5? Upon trial news or after trial results? Because a lot of us are sitting on big losses right now and need more than that to start feeling better about things!!

Tommy - I was under the impression that whatever is about to happen would indeed benefit existing shareholders. What do you think may potentially happen that may not benefit existing shareholders?

Interesting take Naewise, but I see that as a positive thing for some reason.

Because if we think about it, if they weren't expecting something, or anything, to materialise in the very near future, why give us all AGM notice for October? If nothing was in the works they surely could have delayed it even more I think.

The fact that they're saying early October but still haven't committed to a date tells me that they're close to finalising something. Maybe.

I do concur that they should be held accountable but my point stands that even that's pointless - they'll do what they want and they know there ain't anything anyone is gonna do about it. I fully agree with it being the only chance of open communication with the company though but again - all that ever got us last year was us being fooled.

I just hope the next RNS continues giving us good news about board changes, and a strong movement in a positive direction. Once we have that, we'll know we're in the clear. I shall be open about my own feelings - I've been feeling positive since the latest RNS and am excited about the prospect of us all receiving great news in the next RNS and this company finally getting underway again. That sigh of relief is all I am looking forward to.
