Why do I get the feeling that I'm really going to enjoy tomorrow. Could this do more than 0.50/0.60p+ tomorrow based on the volume going into today's close of play?

An RNS would have helped the SP.

I fear another drop. So frustrating.

Likelihood of THE RNS this week anyone?

I thought it was just me. The excitement isn't as huge as it was for me last week because it fell so much so I'm just weary again this time round.

I don't know whether to be cautious of another drop or just enjoy us finally getting the SP action we all deserve.

What do we think is behind the meteoric rise in SP this week? I'm just gobsmacked we've gone from 0.40 to 0.80.

But why? What's caused such a convicted and meaningful rise like this? It looks like someone's just drawn a straight line upwards, I've never seen this before.

So back to my question of why. Is this a manufactured rise, e.g. last week's traders are all back ready to sell on the high and send this crashing back to the 0.40s again, or do we think people are here to stay and have taken positions ready for the RNS?

Would be interesting to read everyone's thoughts on this!

I've revised my earlier thoughts. This SP is creeping up and it's left the 0.40s and 0.50s for dust. In my opinion we could see this 2.5p/3p+ on news now that we're a lot higher than we were a couple of days ago.

All just my opinion of course. Oh how I'd love to see that RNS drop within the next 2-3 days.

That's my opinion anyway. When that RNS drops this could rocket and people could be wondering where the days of anything under 0.90 went.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the SP has done a tick back up this quickly? Profits from other treasury stocks dripping into the potential party here while they stagnate, or do they all also think the RNS is about to drop?

Congratulations to everyone that held through last week's unusual dip and held strong. Back to 0.65 and looking strong for the week in my opinion.

And that golden RNS hasn't even landed yet!

Hopefully this SP level holds in this new range. What an amazing tick back up from near 0.40 last week to 0.57 today.

I think the days of last week's lows are well and truly gone.

Any idea what's behind this week's tick back up? Leak? The golden RNS due to land this week maybe?

Looking at Cykel AI, their Btc strategy RNS was almost similar to Cel AI's. Yet no btc purchase from them yet as far as I can see, and they're saying things like "over the coming years".

My only worry is the tim Cel AI might take to purchase bitcoin and whether they'll actually follow the likes of SWC. Or will they dawdle and lose momentum which could happen if things aren't executed properly.

My positive from all of this is that the directors have put some serious money into this. I just can't understand why we haven't received news yet.

The only question is, what if Cel AI turn into a Cykel AI and end up dawdling with this.

Hi all. Also joined the club on the drop. Any idea why the drop today anyhow? And do we think we'll rally back soon? I for one am not going anywhere.

Thank you to everyone - apart from one - that replied. The activity of the SP after the previous placing is very interesting. I'm therefore not concerned anymore about the forthcoming shares entering circulation if we're heading into a period where the announcement may come with RTO information.

Can I echo Pompey's question - do we think they're required to name the fintech acquisition in the prospectus?

While we're in the area of the prospectus having not yet been approved or rejected then I think I have a right to seek help about this on a forum that by definition is made for discussion. Not judgement or false accusations that you've just levelled for no reason. Here's an example of someone wanting to help by actually replying to my questions and someone wanting to stick their two cents in that nobody asked for.

Anyway 86KB - thank you for your help. Interesting theory on some of them possibly being forward sold. I'm reading a lot of people thinking this is going to reach some crazy heights and that's admittedly what's got me hooked on this share but it seems there's still a sticking point to be overcome with the prospectus being approved and dilution occurring? I've understood the raise has been successful so the only thing left is the prospectus being approved and the shares actually issued.

Can I ask what makes you think the dilution may not make much of a difference depending on the prospectus? As you can see from my posting history I've been in stocks where placings and dilutions have crippled the company's SP. From the sentiment here it seems like nobody's concerned apart from me but just wanting some clarity on this? Are you worried at all or is it unlikely that this affects us?

Okay, so it was demand that caused the raise and a prospectus is needed before the shares enter circulation. So am I right in thinking they'll enter the circulation as usual and we'll have a dilution? Is the dilution not going to be pretty significant?

I've been doing my reading on this company as well as keeping in touch with what's been going on at other places. But this company now seems like a gem to me.

Just a concern that I need clarifying please. Have I understood this correctly, that the company are going to issue 111,111,111 new shares into circulation? Will this not cause a huge dilution and dropping of the SP?

I'm sorry for my naivety with this. I thought I'd finally found a company that's fully funded for the next 12 months with exciting deals to be made in the near future, but I don't understand what it will mean for us once these new shares get put into circulation.
