RE: Anyone taking up the offer?1 Jan 2025 20:50
Fruits, a detailed reply. Thank you for spending the time to explain the points. Number 4 sounds the most worrying there!
Your final point. I am looking at it from the point of view of an existing PI, like many of us. Therefore you are correct, it has struck the deepest of fears within me that the company will be going down this route.
To fully disclose, if the company delist then I see no chance to pop the question to my significant other. I simply cannot go ahead with that if I see no way to financially support her.
But that is all irrelevant, I state the above to describe my fear from an existing PI point of view. From what you have written, IIs would feel happier knowing that clause had been explored and I can now understand why. But from an existing PI's perspective, I have to ask..
..what do you think would synairgen prefer? What even would TFG prefer?
Would they prefer to remain as a PLC to drive SP and get a better end result at IA or pre-P2 or post-P2 results? Or would they prefer to delist?
Because if they would prefer to remain as a public company then I can see them both working together to find IIs to ensure this raise is a success. I am worried for full transparency.
Burning question for me right now! Thank you again. Any takers to ease my anxieties regarding all of this? Maybe it may help others who are in the same worrying place. As I imagine we all are..
..sigh!
