I am a bit disappointed with today's RNS or excuse, should I say! It seems as though the PFS is held back because of talks with strategic partners, if so, why the delay in releasing the PFS? Why cant the PFS be released and talks continue? It seems as though the PFS may not be as good as some suggest and Robin doesn't have an upper hand.
I reckon AGM notifications will be out soon followed by the 'Company strategic plan' a day or two before the AGM.
IF we lucky, PFS in very late of Q1 of 2019
Overall disappointing but still holding out. Interesting as March 2019 will be very close to the anniversary of the share option scheme the directors signed up to. Maybe its in the directors benefit to release it then.
''I’ve no desire to see RY step down. He’s committed a lot to this project and brought it a long way'' - He has been paid for the work he has done, his not done it voluntarily.
Yes - Exactly! This Joe guy needs to find other activities to keep him busy with. His getting annoying now. Same old S**T day in day out! You’ve made a valid point, move on......
CBS,
Thank you very much for taking time out and sharing/ justifying potentially the current silence from RY. Reading what you say makes sense. I see this as the life machine remains on for now!
If you were a gambling man, when do you think the PFS will arrive? I also agree with sone posters that the PFS on its own may not do the SP much, will the PFS include funding arrangements?
Hi SAADYK
Thank you for your post.
I totally agree with what you are saying but my issue is IF you have promised something then deliver. If for whatever reason you cant, you need to go back to those who you promised and explain why. I totally understand that events occur in business which are out of ones hands. In my business if I knew I was getting a report out id make sure I give a deadline where I give myself time for delays and if it keant me delivering this before the deadline, thats even better.
Anyways, I dont want to start dwelling on issues that have been and are being raised on a daily basis. But one thing for sure, if I was Robin, I would be worried about those shareholders who dont voice their concerns as oppose to those that do, as we have all seen the ones that do share negative opinions generally dont hold any shares.
All the best with your investments
Hi all,
I don't often post, but read the forums daily. I am a long term share holder (been in since 2009) and own just over 1 million shares in AMC with an average price of @ 9p, I will share my views.
I must admit I am VERY, VERY disappointed with Robin Young. I wouldn't go as far as the whole management team as RY has only made promises in interviews and RNS's directly to shareholders.
There still remain LTH who are still backing RY - Is this really necessary? I mean if he has promised us something and failed to deliver, he should be held accountable. If you let him off once, all his going to do is do it again - Is that what you want? I had a lot of trust and respect for RY and now I have absolutely no respect for him.
Robin, if you are reading this - SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT!!!
Not been posting in the last 4/5 days. Hope he is well
Thanks for your thoughts, very interesting. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Once again, many thanks for sharing your thoughts. All the best
Hi dee_jay - You make an interesting point regarding extending, unfortunately, I don't think this is possible, but I am not 100% certain. You state 'If they are to either be taken or lost, black or white, then is there an opportunity here for the CEO to finally buy shares' - This I don't think is an option at the moment as I do now believe he is in a closed period, as no doubt he knows the contents of the PFS. That's my view on things as they stand.
I think this is a crucial week for Robin - His share options expire around 23 April, does he really want to loose around 7 million of these? Time will tell.... I remain optimistic, for now, anyways.
Thanks tadska, I don't often post anything but always a pleasure to read your views as welll as TDT, Vertigo, Redlee and others. All the best - Been in here since 2011 and still waiting to get out.
As much as I have loved the AMC story and Robin - I am starting to lose patience now. Robin if your reading this, then please get your act together, this is becoming a joke now!
Tadska, what are your thoughts on the share options expiring for RY in 10 days or so? His got 7.8m shares that he may potentially having to forego as things stand. Do you think he can pull something out of the hat?
Hi Tadska, See page 53 of the accounts: http://amurminerals.com/content/wp-content/uploads/AMC-2016-Annual-Report.pdf
DestituteBroker - You said yesterday you were confident that CREDE were all out? There is no way Crede are totally out! You seem to change as each day goes by.
Sherwood, go forth and multiply. If you dont have anything positive to say, keep ur gob shut!!!
Sorry to sound dumb but what does the -13.62% against the LOND share price actually mean with teh share price being suspended. I think it was approx +12% yesterday.
No further news to suggest the major shareholders had increased or even decreased their stakes - Thats confidence for me so far....
How long can one exactly wait for???
