The detector was a farce, they would have known no way to conmercialise quickly. That was poor in my view

The share price performance has been awful, but at these levels it looks interesting.

1. They sell radiation detectors. We have tension over ukraine, they supply NATO countries already.
2. Previously noted uk government wanted to overhall radiation detection capabilities
3. A competitor was just baught out at a premium.

Even if ceo is not the best in the world, market and competitive dynamics are moving in the right direction

A pharma firm will just pay out a few million with few weeks decision?. You have to approach, agree.

2. Is there time to even arrange it. If the conpany is burning cash they will need to start arranging financing sooner rather than later.
3. What huge value is there to IP if not yet commercialised.

But suggesting a raise is fair. They do not have much cash coming in, and some of it was from one off licensing deals.

1. Acp.npv is pre tax. Tax is 30% plus blackrock is post tax.
3. Blackrock account for 16% free carry. Acp have not even negotiated yet.

100 * 0.7 ×.85 = 0.6.
So post tax and carry npv is 60pct of pretax npv you quote.

So blackrock with test plant, with huge offtakers is
More advanced and not that much more expensive
