Sometimes the boards attract trolls and the information is hidden/distorted, hence why i normally ask. The good posters normally provide decent summaries with facts. Best way to weed out the rampers and trolls.

2. Spreading fixed costs over a larger number of units.

Any good sources on electrolite production and impact on profitability. One od the other primary vanadium producers and they still are not seeing huge volumes in VRB. Thr analysts seemed abit annoyed on their earnings call.

They all had a decent run up on news of war in Ukraine.

I read the latest broker note. Target of 31p but they note hardly any expected profit till 2024. The story seems to need output growth to cover the large admin expenses ( seni fixed) as well as stronger vanadium pricing. So we need pricing and company execution.

I am going to sit on the fence for a while. I can see some vanadium benchmarks are below level 60 days ago and i think many speculative traders entered the stock and could bail.

If anyone has a good detailed summary in favour of buying i would like to read :).

I played with a SA stock before but they were always screwed with power reliability from ESKROM, when they could make money the power company rationed them and they never hit expectations

Vanadium could have a bright future, it is a small mlt circa 110k tonnes a year and it would not take much to tip the balance

I would probably say this is not a great trading stock given the liquidity. Probably best to be looking at hold after considering the great fundamental case here

Npv for most basic processing of 5m tonnes (dso) in our resource is 30p

Exploration target is 40 to 60m tonnes. So you can imagine.

Read dcats views. As dso operation, we exclude gains from processing our vanadium futher and also does not consider the tio2 in our depisit

Reality is if you look at most basic dso operation and factor in reasonable resource expansion it is multiples higher

Ignore the big trades, these are just people transfering jan stock from their share accounts to new isa accounts.

You cannot just move them directly into an isa. You have to sell them and buy them back again.

Brokers do this for a fixed cost of 40 pounds, hence why price of buy and sells are so close. The larger notionals just reflect the isa allowance of 20k for the year.

Good to see people putting material positions into isa to protect them from tax

The resource is still in the ground.

Just patience required. If they were not looking at a bigger project they would have started by now
