Yes that is a good question,
"how do we know what is the current value of the shares after the delisting?"
For this reason, I did put forward a suggestion to Mr Hayhurst (secretary of Acertec) that they post a list of all recent sales of shares on the site ... e.g 20,000 shares sold on such a date at such a price, plus all other recent sales.
This will help us see a realistic and current price guide ....
It is like going on ebay when we want to buy a certain car and search under "completed listings" which gives the prices of all such models that were sold in the last 4 weeks and at what price.
I hope you all join me in putting these suggestions and others you may think of, to the company, always a unified voice is better than one voice ....
We are the shareholders, and we have the right to have a say in how our shares can be traded, so lets wait and see what they come up with, then we can ask for alterations if we see necessary.
For that, it is important that we all join the yahoo "Acertec plc" group which surdy kindly set up, so that we can stay in touch after the delisting to co-ordinate our efforts and also to communicate. gl to all.
