agree with your last post aligator. for those who have bought in recently with low averages, i'm sure it's easy to be positive and forward looking as many of you will have no idea about the scale of pb's bull**** over the years. someone needs to tell me one thing pb and his useless bod have executed on time, on budget, and on forecast. this is why a 'transformational' acquisition has done nothing for the sp. the market thinks the mgt team will continue f@cking things up and have little confidence in them being able to execute, and quite rightly so.
for those of you who say 'why not sell out'? it's a pretty simple answer, it's because people don't want to crystallise a loss at the bottom. the damage has been done. time to sit and wait, and if one wishes to, vent.
johno, no i don't think the production results were too much of a surprise to the new major holders, or me. i do, however think they were likely caught off guard by the casc 4 mess. i think most on here would say the same. it's truly a diabolical f@ck up to have spent 5 months and $6m for a well that is still on-hold. clownshow doesn't quite sum up how useless these guys are at execution. the sp will remain at these levels until they can show they are capable of drilling a casc well on time, on budget, and at forecast. something these tw!ts haven't done yet.
pb has also shown himself to be very untrustworthy. hard to invest when you have a george roach type character heading up the company. doubt we'll breach 25p before end of year. if we do it will probably have nothing to do with pb, and more likely the government doing something to help. or a low-ball t/o. this is realistic now we have some new holders with a 25% stake. certainly a quick way to make some serious money, if that is their plan. gla
