What's your rationale for the SP falling backwards? You have to treat this as a new company essentially. They've got GB and NB on board, we know that Gerard has proven success and will have a bloody good plan here.

The company is now funded and although there's a substantial amount of shares in circulation, many are in sticky hands.

yesterday we had many people on here and on twitter telling us we didn't have a test, the SP was going to plummet after ODX has been announced in the tender etc. These same folk have then said they're going to buy in cheaper today when the SP drops.

It's the same folk that are on here today trying to deramp. Unreal.

Avactas test. It would make sense as AS did say they were scaling up the trials. The testing starts in a couple of weeks, which means it would time in well with bringing it to market April time.

Myles has said he's also disappointed with the delay, I'm sure he wanted this to happen sooner as he's invested heavily.

He isn't the CEO at Avacta, he doesn't have any say in how quickly their programme develops.

All he's done is post his opinion on the company and where its going. He's one of few investors who actually understand company fundamentals and can give a detailed analysis on his research.

Do I think he knows what he's talking about? Yes

It would be pretty naive of anyone to assume planning had been granted. I've seen allot of talk about it today but I've not seen a single post which says it had been granted?

Essentially, folk are excited because the council are recommending it for approval. This is very good news because, barring any unforseen issues, NRW should be satisfied with the planning and the councils verdict.

It's almost like giving us an early idea of what's going to happen.

Of course, nothing is guaranteed in this life and anything could happen between now and then but there's nothing to date that would deem Uskmouth unsuitable to develop.

I can see the SP rising tomorrow and Wednesday and we just need to remember that when planning is granted, so that we have factored it in to pricing.

try to deramp this latest development. Let's be clear, there's nothing negative about planning permission being recommended by the council.

The actual approval will be a wee while away yet, but we are already heavily undervalued and the market may decide that planning is now a given. If that's the case, the SP will climb and when it comes to approval, we will know it's already been priced in.

This is a major step forward, make no doubt about that.

I think your 4-5 months estimate is a bit far out now though, I think if the meeting goes well on Wednesday, we could see planning permission granted sooner.

If the SP rises sharply tomorrow and Wednesday then youll know the planning has been factored in.

If it remains low 20s, you'll know the best is yet to come. Either way, it's very very positive news and a nice step forward.
