Delisting20 Oct 2016 12:36
Just had this from my broker:
"Possible Delisting
As a holder of New World Oil & Gas Plc Shares we write to advise you that the board of New World Oil & Gas Plc has announced that the company is currently due to be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect from 9 November 2016, being the date six months from suspension of trading. At the end of July 2016, the Company and its Nominated Adviser, Beaumont Cornish Limited, mutually agreed that BCL would cease to act for New World on the earlier of three months or the anticipated appointment of the new nominated adviser who the Company intended to use in relation to the proposed transaction with Big Sofa Limited, and as announced the Transaction has now been terminated.
Delisting and cancellation of trading will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of the New World Oil & Gas Plc Shares.
Please note this is not an inducement to trade and should not be considered financial advice. If you are in any doubt about what action to take, please contact your financial adviser.
Actions required by you
As this is a mandatory event, no action is required by you."
This is just going down the toilet. Money down the toilet. Should have at least been released from suspension months ago so poor PI could have got back any pence left in this corrupt joke of a business. There's more credible business plans in the Dragons Den reject bin than you'd find listed on AIM.
