How do you test if a vaccine works? Think about it. Think about how you develop and test a vaccine, to make sure it's safe and works for a cross section of the population - and how do you find out how long it lasts? Fair enough. But it's just a regular email account compromised, with emails sent out carrying virus as attachment. Unfair to then say TSTR are a disaster and to also implie some sort of sensitive data pertaining to sirus was released.

Also you say the email was from the company Secretary’s address - I get spam emails on my web email account - from myself! hackers, can very easily manipulate the 'from' address of a sent email.

You say the company secretary apologised - how? they email account is hacked. Did they personally call you?

You received a hacked email with apparent attachments? Firstly emails themselves aren't hacked, it's the persons account that would be hacked. And if from that account that has been compromised you received an email, it's a fake email designed to spread a virus on your machine to allow a hacker access to your emails and computer. But you are saying you received it - so open the attachments and confirm if they are indeed apparently attached. You then say it's all a disaster, but how do you know as apparently you've not read the attachments as apparently they are just apparently attached.
