MT sounds like a bit of a tool. Excited about his silly products... he sounds like a granddad that's just got an iPhone/internet connection and is excited about the ability to send an email. FUM is so low right now... It was doing well last year, peaked 100, settled around 80 ~ 60 for months. Don't see an reason for it to be so low when they've got a killer product and are move closer to launching it.

Over the past month or so - just what the f has gone on with this company? They're supposed to be flogging software... Instead we've got a director leave but still contracted to buy shares at 16p, forking over tonnes of cash, supporting a company that have a shite website provided by a cowboy company, and just exactly how many sales do we have? how many subscribers to their software? What a mess. We need the Garden Ramsey of software and business to come in here and shout and get some sense into BOS...

only thing clear about bos is, they don't have a high volume selling / subscribing product. They price is almost a penny. And the form MD wants back in so he can employe more women.

Yep, MT coming back to save it, first with a placing, then, once he's used the placing to pay himself, he'll jump ship again.

Also why the Hong Kong office? If you're a tech startup, you don't consider Hong Kong a viable location, with the great firewall of China right next to you. HK probably had some tax implications for MT.

Say he puts in 100k of money buying shares per month, then he pays himself a dividend/salary/director withdraws of 100k, regardless of share price, he's moved his money, possibly avoided tax, or lowered some possible tax. Then he sells the shares, share price irrelevant as it's just bonus money. Meanwhile Bos sinks and delists. The 249D is a nice little cover to make it look like he cares, but doesn't get actioned. MT ends up saving some tax, making some money, PI's are shafted. Could this be a possible scenario?
