As a long term holder with an average of �4.14 I am delighted at the current share price. As a business owner I am also pleased at the quality and reliability of my parcel deliveries I post around 30 items a week with only two lost in 24 months - both to Russia so probably not fault of RM.
However I have a major gripe which is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get a response from business services, I want to spend more money with RM but yet again I have been told 48 -72 business hours for someone to contact me regarding a sales enquiry (so far I've heard nothing after 5 days!).
The organisation must be losing millions with this slack approach, other companies are available there and then for a chat. This is a long standing issue as I've moaned about it on here before.
Any RM workers shed light on why this area of the business displays all the agility of Rik Waller?
