The way I c this is that if Larry has lied to investors over the past 21 months then I would fully expect a shareholder class action case against him especially with the phone pish RNS and videos online. So I fully expect this to a gem in a year or two and back up around 10p easily

Obviously someone wanted £2k back and were prepared to sell at 1.80. Frightening that not long ago they could have sold for £1k more. Some people with money are easily partied with it when they make transactions like that especially when you relate it back to your comments

@alextomo won’t shy away from unmasking the truth here. Like a lot of u I believe there has been a lot of deception by directors of this company. I also know for a fact that the same directors have used PIs to influence others into buying the shares in the company. Now we know why. So the directors can make as much money as they can in such a short period of time.

I don’t believe there going to dilute themselves further, certainly not at this price. They have history don’t they under Kennedy ventures at today’s price by going down route of Jorc etc, customer and watching share price rise to 15p. Why not do the same as after all kenedy ventures is in the last. New shareholder in there view maybe not as switched on about how the managed to raise millions. I do expect history to repeat itself but under KZG. At what price placing will be I don’t no but the JORC will be so good our share price will rocket. In that JORC RNS will be a snippet about investing in pipes etc to ramp up production then within few weeks max “placing”. It’s how I would play this out and I don’t think I will be too far away from this situation. That’s why this is seriously undervalued at today’s price.

Can just imagine that RNS coming in the mora showing buying price at 16p and everyone jumping back in. Quick 25% profit again for Directors. Just playing everyone for fun

For those selling. Well done. U have saved yourselves an even bigger loss. Sometimes u gota no when to hold them and no when to fold them. I folded sometime ago at over £10k loss. Fortunate another company minimised that risk. Just don’t want others to walk into the unknown without researching this company from number of years back.

Must admit guys I admire the fact that most of u on here despite being pissed off are going to stick it out for the remaining two drills. It’s like a game of poker. Sometimes u just have to fold and take ur medicine. I don’t trust James one little bit. He has deceived many into parting with their money and buying into duster after duster. All after stating that three figure SP just won’t cut it and hold onto the golden tickets. Whilst at same time selling off his shares and watching his mates bail out. Those that don’t believe their was a leak more fools you. The sell off was there for all to see.

One thing I will say about James is he is a very intelligent man. He has managed to get rich legally while shafting everyone else. He has used certain people on the board currently and in the past to promote Sound to ramp up the share price. That I know for a fact. Some have left and some stilll remain. Those that remain I would just say one thing. You are just as bad as James and just as effective at being that car salesman. You have over the years been relentless turning negatives to positives no matter the failures. This LSE board has allowed you to deceive just like James many investors into parting with their own money by continuing to post. You state you continue to hold however I would love to actually see evidence of your portfolio and see actually how much you have made from trading sound shares. You pretend that you are underwater but it’s so obvious based on your reaction and comments (looking back at your history) that you aren’t. Not one ounce of rage or criticism in any of your comments. You must be that one in a million person to have supposedly lost so much but have not one ounce of criticism. What I would say is your just as intelligent as James. No matter what criticism comes your way you continue to stick to your game plan. I feel really sorry for those that have been suckered in and only wish everyone can see through the game plan. One final word. I wish that TE10 comes in for those that remain but this is one big gamble. A gamble I wouldn’t be prepared to take based on car salesman pitches. Still time to bail with some money rather than allowing James and Co to take all your hard earned money.
