I don’t know u but what I do know is that you always see the best scenario in everything without very little risk. I get the feeling your very intelligent and have done well for yourself but anyone looking In on this share at this price would think you were deluded.

Me personally..... I don’t think this will hit anywhere near that again but for long termers I hope I am wrong and you are right. I find the whole sound energy ramp fest share price 6p to £1 back down to 11p a farce but like you I don’t think JP is a fool. I think he has deceived many share holders into buying and now selling but the one thing that strikes me the most is he will come out at the end of this a very wealthy individual. Now personnaly I don’t no how many shares u still hold but for someone as intelligent I would guess that you sold massive amounts high up around the 70s etc. After all that’s 12 bags to u having been involved in sound at the same time as me. I still think there is still play to be made in this and if JP wants to get more money what better way than to fool everyone into think TE10 is a duster for it to hit gas. It wouldn’t surprise me to see this Director deals imminently for a 30-40% uplift in the current share price.

Over past few days I have invested £11400 into the share. Not because I have money to burn but because I no what is around the corner.

As some of you know my job involves working on multi Million pound contracts. The biggest contract I have put in place was valued at £100m over 4 years. Why am o telling u this? Because I no how contracts or agreements work.

Let’s look at the agreement / contract that was signed by PYC and MERICK.
1) they had been working with each other since 2012 but only just signed the multi year contract in late 2017.

2) As much as this is an agreement or contract it’s also a long term partnership. U don’t invest 6 years of time working with each other to have a one year contract. There will be many years just as the RNS states. MULTI YEAR.

3) PYC are reluctant to tell us when the contract or agreement commenced. I get that. However having looked into this further it’s clear when this contract commenced. I will hazzard a guess and say 2nd January 2018. How do I know this? Well the MINIMUM value of this agreement / contract is €500,000 for the year 2018. It says so in RNS. If it had started in December then the value would have been pro rata over 13 month period.

4) The contract or agreement has not been terminated why do I know this. There would have been a clause written into this agreement / contract given a specific number of days to terminate the contract. Say 30 days or 60 days. As this is fundental information and the fact we are in 10 December and no RNS has been made public then the contract / agreement continues.

5) the value of the contract is a MINIMUM €500,000 in the first year. This is key. Firstly you never have a contract value in the first year exceeding that of the second and third year. Therefore the value of the second and third year will exceed the first year. Secondly MINIMUM allows MERCK auto insentivise PYC meaning the value of the first year will be greater than €500,000 in my opinion. Wouldn’t surprise me if there was stepping stones that PYC had to meet for that value to increase to say €750,000 the €1m. All in my opinion but I have done contracts of a similar nature.

6) now is the time to buy cause these prices won’t be along for much longer.

Directors meeting shareholders and shareholders then feeding that back via twitter and on this boars. It’s really sad to see the amount of people that have lost heavily on this all down to the deception by JP and BM for their own personal gain. I don’t no how this will end but 3 things can happen. 1 u stay and lose all ur money. 2. U stay and it goes back up and 3 you all get together as shareholders and either oust these guys or start a civil lawsuit against them for blatant ramp feast lies. You would come out on top that’s for certain.

£3k top up this morning.frightening how undervalued this share is at moment. Anything at this price is only gona make u decent returns. Especially with new contract opportunities and contract extension with Merck

And will continue to rise I would expect. In time for the copl news. Remember Liberia. No one gave Arthur a chance to drill with the Ebola outbreak but he did drill. Just the wrong results. Nigeria will happen. Just a year too late but in that time we have managed to assemble shares at such prices and when everyone else thought it wasnt going to happen.

Just waiting on the mms putting this share price up by 20% or 40% on absolutely nothing so that they can get rid of the shares they are aquiring at this level. Then u will have others locked into a dead end company that ain’t going anywhere apart from liquidation. Loss making company with no hope. Don’t get sucked in

Honestly I think u are all missing the point here. Why divulge that cos other than to get the reaction it’s getting. Am selling this morning. Am someone that rightly or wrongly looks at the bigger picture and I always think if I was doing this how would I ensure i achieved maximum value. This could be it. Perhaps all along they knew this was the one that would deliver the pay day. Just guessing now but I certainly wouldn’t be selling on that RNS knowing how JP and BM has mislead PIs this whole time

Are they trying to make people sell by divulging that? On the back of that I might just jump back in on this. I think this might be JP last big con.

Has anyone worked out number of shares in issue at time of Liberia against SP against what that drill would have been worth to copl. Would be good to work out the same for Nigeria to come up with a comparison to share price.

In my opinion drilling Nigeria u would expect minimum or 10 x current share price.

If u had received news that meant u could buy shares in company that would mean the share price would rise you wouldn’t do it on the day before that news was to drop. U would do it weeks before to avoid detection. Look at the copl volume past few days that came out of the blue. This tells me that news will be soon

We are working on all the program approvals. It's going well and hope it will all be completed by year end. Drilling will commence when logistically possible, but we need permits first which process is being undertaken.

Steven. LJ and others have openly spoke about how excited they are with this mine, just got to look back at all the RNS from 2015 with Kennedy Ventures. It will come good eventually. If this was a bag of shite tracarta wouldn’t be increasing their holdings to 10%. I expect this to rise to 15% whilst we are down at these levels. IMHO they no they are sitting nice but it’s all timetables out to achieve maximum value out of the company whilst ensuring that shares from worried PIs pass to them at as cheap a price as possible: time will tell if I am right or wrong

Hopefully. There has to be some news to enable this price to increase as can’t see any further dilution as these levels.

I just don’t want a repeat of last years fiascal where shares were suspended from trading. There is no excuse this time around.
