when someone drops the better part of £1M into your account unexpectedly, you can be sure they're doing it in order to make a decent return. I would have thought they may have waited until the SP was a little further north of the strike price, but they obviously know something and are feeling uber confident. Bring it on I say!
I'm in agreement. I'm sure there must be, but at this moment I honestly can't recall a single company whose share price has improved in the immediate 6 months after a consolidation. I also wonder how many warrants and other sweeteners are being attached to those Lanstead subscription shares. The plot thickens.
One minute they're whining that the share price is ridiculously low and the real price should be 1.5p, the next minute they're in bed with the Death Spiral Kings at 0.33 - seriously time to bail, this could end up very messy indeed. DYOR, IMHO.
Yep. No further news, will mean people will move on whilst pocketing a very tidy profit. It's been a strong rise and a retrace of 10-20% can only be expected when momentum is lost. Longer term this has all the elements to go significantly higher.
"Allot securities" - not sure what that is going to mean - placing?, share issue? lining own pockets for laying out for the last deal? Not sure how to take it.
Lost faith here and sold my 11M holding - at a chunky loss, but not prepared to watch more dilution and read about more jam tomorrow. Enough is enough for me. Good luck to the good ship MDZ and all who sail in her. By the way,mtr at 4m trade is a sell - it was part of my disposal. Cheerio.
Is proving a tough nut to crack.
I see Mr.50k is back again early doors.
. . .lots of 50k blocks being snapped up. Someone is increasing their stake here - maybe a holdings RNS soon.
seems to be struggling to get over that line - regardless of how much Tom Winnifrith plugs the share. No worries however, Rome wasn't built in a day. Day and a half maybe.
I suggest it is an ii. Pelham was stressing the importance of getting a few on board in his recent interview. I think perhaps he's whetted the appetite enough for some to gain a foothold prior to the broker note and ii presentation notes.
It's not difficult to see this share price doubling.
Looks like a buy to me, judging by the time and the price. Anyway, a company I'm heavily involved with (day to day) have just announced they are building a new factory in our territory. When I question them regarding security issues and current state of play in the region, they said this was not a concern and all is effectively normal, and a lot is government posturing. DYOR, and all in my honest opinion.
. . . there is something coming down the track - the SP seems very sensitive to any buys. I'm of the opinion that there is very little stock out there.
how does a 2,000,000 share purchase manage to squeeze the share price downwards? Follow the money I say.
