Keep Your Eyes on The Bigger Picture (rather than telly size picture)12 Apr 2021 12:14
We can nearly all be guilty of it from time to time.
Being frustrated at weekly, daily or by the minute share price movements.
However, as most here are (meant to be) long(we) term holders we should try focus on the bigger/longer picture.
It's almost like Bond at the cinema v youtube movies on your 14inch apple monitor (those here longer will get this one).
So roll on 2 - 3 months is all I suggest:
UK - top 9 cohorts (99% of the covid fatalities) fully vaccinated.
All adults with at least one vaccination.
Cinema open a month or two and people growing in numbers returning to watch the big movies where they were designed for.
USA - going by the now proven record of Biden and all involved it is reasonable to expect them to be in as good or better a vaccination position as UK.
They will have had a further months cinema in many states compared to UK and they LOVE "going to the movies'
Entering second half of year with c. 90% of the business going from strength to strength.
Restrictions on attendance being eased as we progress.
Studios having seen earlier releases gain better and better numbers will become more confident to stick to release dates, commit to the cinematic release and some may even bring forward release as they want/need the maximum possible revenues as early as possible. In some cases it is also tied into further connected projects and their release schedule.
The last set of results ever to show a loss or at least no profits.
The business will be cash generative from half two this current year onwards.
The opportunities for MM to substantially influence the share price down to these sorts of levels are on a short string now.
Sit back with your large popcorn and juice and get set for the main feature :-)
Happy holding true holders :-)
