Just listened to clip of BoJo on the matter and it's still a case of if and maybe such a system in the future.
He clearly stated such a system could only be put in place once ALL have been offered the vaccine.

That being the case and current uptake levels then it would be of no barrier to all and any businesses attendance levels.

If any truth in latest leak then it's back to bungling Boris after a very good vaccine roll out.
He is currently making ass of the international travel and to now potentially allow a. O requirements for vaccine passport in pubs yet needed for a visit to the theatre or cinema is actions of a lunatic OR of someone swayed by industries with more money behind them.

At current stage it's not a workable system yet anyway.
Until all have been offered vaccine there is no way such could be implemented nationwide.
Once all offered vaccine then I don't see any real issue with a well planned system of vaccine passports.

It would be a massive backtrack by government again in the UK though.

Same convertible bond which is 4 YEARS from now.
If SP is still in the £1 range then I may show some concern.
Otherwise as with the 10% potential dilution (if memory serves me well c. 3 years from now).
I will lose zero sleep over either and enjoy my healthy returns on investment when SP is considerably higher after both .

Apologies Lat regards previous debate on vaccine targets/roll out in UK.
While I have still not seen any direct source from government targeting March 31 for top 9 cohorts, and not quite achieving that.
They have got closer than I forecast or expected.
Circa 1 - 2 million to go!?
This I think has been achieved by couple things:
Some very good high vaccination days the likes we had never seen even close (over 700k two or three days!?).
Supply being a little better in the period than expected.
Doing less 2nd vaccinations than I expected in March.
April and May I hope will now see us add Moderns and maybe JJ vaccines to the arsenal.
They and raised supply from current vaccines will be required if we want to push back on at pace.
I hope and expect they will and sure we have heard government talk of doubling rates of daily vaccination to deal with this next phase.
April required c. 7m second vaccinations
May requires c. 11m second vaccinations
All while making strong progress with those not yet having received first dose.

Priority is clearly these older age groups we have almost covered completely so even if supply issues the risks to progress are minimal.
So long as we get those second jags to first 9cohorts.
Next couple months I believe will prove "exciting" for UK and USA.
US really are motoring with vaccines, now going at higher pro rata rate than UK for population.
