While I don't believe it is the business strategy for Jangho to bid for Cineworld (not their area of business going by all info we have on them).
It would take, what a further $2bn for a possibly successful takeover!?
Now while I would say they don't have the cash resources for this to be a serious consideration for them we all know that a great many large takeovers are now on a leveraged basis so their financial standing wouldn't particularly stand in the way.
If proved wrong some months down the line and we have JanghoWorld cinemas then I will be delighted to have been entirely wrong.

So, yes "IF" we implement such a system on wider scale cinemas could also have 100% attendance allowed earlier.

For now I can't see it being anything other than initial opening 17 May with social distancing/limited capacity opening.

It's what happens around that June 21st date and relaxation of social distancing.

Bonkers UK will be following the studio release dates and showcasing whatever the biggest movie is at the time. What I think they may also do is for the movies they can and see value in doing show some on "spare" screens/timeslots the bigger movies.
Although they will be a month or two "out of date" by that time they will still be "new" to UK market and may be judged to still be able to add fairly valuable ££'s to the studio and cinema coffers.
Latest biggest will be priority though.
