AMC is down 37% from recent highs.
It is not Cineworld.
There are similarities, BUT there are also differences.
I am invested in Cineworld, NOT AMC .
So I have little concern in the movements of AMC (other than wishing I had taken punt at c. $2 when some of us talked about it here).

Yes US listed shares of Cine are as o stated "largely irrelevant".
From press report (no official Cineworld announcement) Cineworld SP is NOT down 6 - 9 %.

I woke this morning in middle of a harem of 100 beautiful ladies.
Having my 12 course breakfast on my super yacht off the coast of one of several private islands I own.
By this time in morning I had already accumulated another £20m from my various investments.
That felt a bit light so I "worked" for 3 minutes and made a further £50m.
Satisfied at that point I then enjoyed the remainder of my day bathing in unicorn milk and drinking £1m bottles of ant ****.

Having spent 2 seconds checking the largely irrelevant US SP listing it is currently trading pretty much where UK SP is (as it largely speaking tends to be).

Just had look at my local and also available for bookings (seems issue accepting my unlimited card at this point).
I did note the site currently showing regular prices significantly reduced from previous rates.
Wonder if Cineworld has woken up to other chains offering far cheaper entry prices.
After all once we move to no restrictions we are better with bums on seats even at half previous entry prices as a number of these people will spend more than the difference on concessions.

What I also liked from the RNS is that while the remuneration element passed and pretty easily the board seem to recognise there is some resistance from some shareholders and are willing to listen and review.
A board InTouch with their shareholders and always looking to create best value.

How much of these pubs business in in USA?
Which pubs are profitable at similar levels to cinema?
What are the social distancing rules in the various states of USA (seeing as that's c.75% of this company's business)?
Social distancing in UK likely to be removed next month per plans, it's not exactly a lifetime for an actual Long-term holder.
