It is a second coming of the same "revolt" we saw when the LTIP was actually voted on.
It passed with ease (can't mind numbers, but something like 90%).
FT and Rupert the bear have conflicting interests to Cineworld so have for this last year taken every opportunity they can and often when there was no story have made one up.
Anyone, absolutely anyone that is even remotely serious about share investment and a holder in this share for more than 5 minutes would have done their research and know latest article is a straight in the round file piece.

My sensible prediction for SP 12 months from now is: More than we currently are but not the highest the SP has previously been or will in future.
Anything beyond that is pointless finger in air guessing.

Whatever reason he or family didn't increase its not die to crossing threshold to make offer for business. That comes at 30% and they decreased from 28% to 20%.
They may simply not have the finances.

Re-opening priced in or not I have little care for that.
The business won't make money closed, so it's all about the weeks, months and even years from this point where company gets back to what it does best.
That is showcase movies how they are made to be viewed and in turn generate shed loads of cash leading to profits, reducing debt and creating strong returns for Long-term shareholders :-)
