Not the point mate I don’t care that she sold £120,000 of shares it’s the fact she sold before a placing and then didn’t disclose it for 3 months thus breaking the trust between the board and investors, surley you can see that? So now ppl will be thinking will she be selling again and not informing the market etc etc, believe me this is a serious breach and Mike Buck needs to address this ASAP the institutional investors will be fuming with this breach

To Mike Buck regarding non disclosure of share sales from a director of Matd, I have demanded a full explanation as to why the sells were not reported until 3 months after Mike sits on the board with her this is a matter for the board to discuss as it’s a serious breach, will post his response

John I agree, it will be interesting to see if the fca are looking at this sale as rules on bod sells are pretty tight and disclosure 3 months later and after a placing is naughty

Yesterday’s news that our main shareholder sold over £120,000 shares in April BEFORE the placing news then didn’t bother to tell the market for 3 months was a real shocker and creates a lack of trust between the bod and shareholders. It looks to me that it has been a forced disclosure imo given its 3 months late breaking all kinds of regulations but the main issue is the break in trust. Not taking part in the placing and selling shares just before stinks

I don’t think you understand the serverity of that delay in notifying those sales given the placing news since, I’m in Russia for the World Cup and this news has just popped up I’m fuming a director sale cannot be announced to the market 3 months later ffs
