I agree with you loz but I invest to make money not lose it, when I see the volume change here I will buy more shares but atm volume is low the trade values are low and there isn’t much interest, if there any any leaks then volume will be well over 10m atm it’s just private investors buying and selling with an increasing spread that won’t help the price either

They will probably leave the rns until Friday given it’s already been prewarned that it’s been a poor harvest and I wouldn’t rule out 5p on those results

In all seriousness though the major sell off in large chunks gathered pace after the director sells and lack of disclosure rns, so the selling could be institutional investors who feel they can no longer trust the board, given she is the largest shareholder and sits on the board. It was ticking down on buys for most of today so the 900k sell at close doesn’t bode well for tomorrow unfortunately

This overhang really is huge, when the price ticks down on buys it’s never good news

From the board given last weeks news that director sells before the last placing were not disclosed for 3 months... still no reply from Mike B regarding this but I’m sure some institutional investors have given him a very hard time given the director in question is Matd largest shareholder... let’s hope the large selling seen last week isn’t her selling more shares. If it is let’s hope the rns disclosure doesn’t take 3 months!!

All depends when the institutional investors stop selling. If you look at the selling last week it was huge and no amount of private investor buys will stop the price from falling under that sort of selling pressure. The first placing done at 6.5p is most likely now been sold imo for a good profit before any well results are known so they hve a risk free profit secured. Not so sure it will go as low as that by Friday but can see it slipping towards 7.5p if the selling pressure continues this week, on a duster 4-5p looks a good buy for wild horse imo

As usual some have misinterpreted my post, my point was that we are all gamblers greedy for more money so there is no moral high ground to take, and also D1 may I just point out another inaccurate point you have made, Matd mcap is £57m currently and not the £46m you state, this site has the number of shares in issue wrong. I would say this board is made up of traders that dont really have a clue and are gambling money they can’t afford to lose, and a few sophisticated investors that are here for all the wells who can afford to lose it all if they don’t strike. This will only stop falling once the institutional investors stop selling and no one knows when that will be atm, all talk of an oil strike rns after 7 days of drilling is laughable given it’s a 70 day drill as confirmed via rns

Ok so by your logic if we don’t get an rns saying they have found oil that means the first target is a duster and no oil has been found going off your logic... you have no experience of how drills work they don’t announce oil or otherwise as each possible section is drilled, goodness me it will drill on to td then if there have been any oil on the way down it will be tested ppl on here are just setting expectations way too high, if we don’t see an rns over the next two to three weeks I guess you will hve written the well off?

Depends on the rocks it has to drill through mate and we as private investors have no idea how fast it’s drilling, if any problems are encountered etc etc, Mike Buck says 70 days so that’s what we should go off tbh we knows better than us, got some buy orders in for 5p if it’s a duster to bring my average down for now patience is needed setting false targets only creates panic when made up deadlines are not met just go with the flow an rns will be released once drilling is complete that’s what it says in the rns so that’s what we should go off

How do you know how fast they are drilling mate? You don’t know what rocks they are drilling through or what m per hour they are drilling at. You need to say in my opinion 1260m has been drilled it’s not a fact, I prefer to go off the rns For time scales as the company know better than us how fast the drill bit turns
