IMO will pay their 30% of costs through forfeit of the future profits so they will have a risk free carry to eventual profits for new operations, but as a partner in the mines they will obviously be extremely supportive of the miners .However, that scenario is about as likely to affect us as me winning Miss World i.e. we will be a distant memory.

What am I missing-We are 1. Debt free (Shylock gone) 2. Cash rich and increasing 3.Exploration financed in two known mineralized areas 3.Personnel "golden handcuffed" to ensure a smooth transition and set up for new operation . 4. Mcap pitifully low and with the recent recovery rate improvements that expertise will be transferred to the new operation "If Carling did junior gold miners......"

Very good. First tranche closed already and I guess we, the creditors will come after the second due to close on Friday. So should be sorted in September.

That’s $1.3m or so in shares. And another $1m due in Nov from the JV

The answer to that problem is in your own hands @caddy- the management is not changing and if you don't believe or trust that management will deliver then sell ! It's that simple.

With previous artisnal mining and an existing drill rig on the Alba licenses together with historical data there should be a kick start to any drilling plan and to have a fully financed +++ campaign is pretty rare in this market so this may well react a bit/lot differently to normal explorers where investors are extremely wary (rightly so) of placings etc.

I have never got excited about any AGM result and although this was still a foregone conclusion it now opens the doors ! A producer financing it's own significant exploration to either mine ,JV or sell.....! Eyes down look in ....!

A rise like we have seen recently and are experiencing now is pointless if it's on sentiment alone and would just be used by MMs and traders to earn a crust, but with the fundamentals of drilling in two prime areas of two countries, the likelihood of at least one drilling campaign being good is high and it's looking like both are "not too shabby" 🤣🤣

The outcry at the time of the placing to buy Virgo showed me that most think very short term ,Skirting over the issue of how we got to know about the license I thought at the time that NvS knew the flack they would get after stating "no raises" but in the face of knowing that flack was inbound they went ahead and bought it. We will soon see definitively if the flack was justified or not ! The initial indications are positive and I bet there aren't too any apologies from the naysayers-that's traders as opposed to investors for you in a nutshell.

Look at the 3 I gave you ,purely as a guide to what could happen on the upside ,clearly other results could happen re hurricane, but we haven't come all this way and dealt with so many obstacles to fail ! If we were going to fail we'd have done it by now.

I also take the 10/20x with a pinch and have long held a sp probability /estimate based on assets and good results (Anglo aren't back here ( paying $90m to an advanced party/facilitator) for their health, on assets (they've surveyed to death), for nothing. The downside of my equation was always going to be the explorers curse i.e." dilution" and that little void has been more than filled with the probability of Bots/Virgo being a decent asset. The next few weeks looks like events will start moving forward and while we are cashed up to our large milestone payment it could be an enjoyable ride, but as always there will be a few interesting twists and turns . Loaded up, averaged down, seatbelt on and off we go !

@Andrew-were you being funny ? Future sp predictions meaningless and then went on to talk future sp ...! Made me smile anyway and FWIW we should start to build the sp as the drills progress,the 10/20x statement was at 3.6p with about 8% less shares in circulation but with only about 50% (46 from memory) of the Zam asset in our pockets
