@JBJB I'm afraid that your hope of these trolls feeling any embarrassment are misguided,they neither have the intellect or morals for that emotion and the mental state of a couple is really in question. Only if those shares are bought back and cancelled ,when they are bought back and held there is obviously no reduction in the number of shares in issue so they are shown as an asset on the books which can show as a positive, but in our case we have just replaced cash with shares so no significant change

Agreed it adds no physical value but does add a nominal figure and at whatever rate pt it gives a nominal value and as you say could well be the precursor of a partner agreement,it certainly prove POC that the fertilizer works and should it become the norm it will solve a lot of polluting "run off" problems. Obviously what interests us here is how they could and if they will add value in Zam

By relevance ,I meant that for Anglo to resist another approach from BHP or at least make it difficult they would need to create a value to their as yet non producing assets. The MoU on Woodsmith gives a paper value to the asset and a you say may well signify the search for a partner being further progressed than the market credits. Their Zambian /Arc assets have little value ATM and it will be interesting to see if there is an angle to create some additional value here before Nov (when BHP are able to re -bid)
