I've often wondered (and asked) but have received no definitive answer . My only assumption is that if Anglo saw a potential suitor that they didn't want to deal with then they would start buying Arc themselves (possibly) but yes,(apart from the fact that I am told the Chinese prefer to be in complete control of scenarios) I cannot see why MMG wouldn't take Arc out to add what looks like a prime exploration area to their Khoem mine area.

I've had this conversation a few times over the years and yes, for for accounting purposes treasury shares are not classed as an asset ,but for practicality purposes, in a thriving/growing company, for me they are obviously better than cash with the added benefit of reducing the amount of "free shares" on the market so for me it's a win/win.

Yes Seis, and many are now confident that we have the "extension" to the MMG deposit but the real question now is as you say , not only the grades and thickness of interception but how far does that "extension" travel across our licenses, and does the anomaly (as shown by the IP survey) run in it's two parallel forms, run the length and width of our license. Basically was Vas on the money when he said "we may well have the guts of the deposit".

The Mcap remains the same but the treasury shares are an asset and which would remove the possibility(not that there was one here) of a placing as the shares could be sold to raise cash.All they will do now IMO is remain in treasury and gain significant value as the sp climbs on the back of exploration (and possibly other) results/events.The RNS is housekeeping and now we know exactly where we stand the real business can begin.

I'm really,really surprised it took them this long to make contact and if they wait for assays to materialise it will only get more expensive, What a lousy position to be in ! 😂😂 Someone has already suggested that MMG have paid for a sneaky look at the assays ,alternatively we may have organized a private viewing, whatever it is ,it could be fun. But now we get to see if, and how much the market/punters understand the potential of the Bots licenses.
