does anyone know what happens to any Casa shareholders who do not accept the offer ? My guess would be we sell their allocated shares and give them the cash,but I don't know for sure. Anyone know for sure Please ?

thanks D220.That's also someone else who can't read or, we are all right and the land that needs a coloured light to allow them to cross the road,needs a PFS to allow them to invest.On his reserved estimate,before further exploration HM will triple cash intake and that is with other streams on the way.

maybe they have to see it verified in the PFS which I believe is due soon,but i agree you would think opportunists would be all over it !

I wonder if that is the SSL policy as they have had offers for at least a couple of other assets 10x book value but keep it on the books at nominal/initial valuation and then presumably wait for cash to be realized .So following that vague logic,they may not wish to promote or value anything that is not yet producing ! Even so-if HM turns out to be multiples of the estimated book value which was set to at least double total SSL cash income then HM alone could (when producing) catapult the sp .Even if SSL dont want to make a fuss you think the market would notice, although SSL are just starting further share buybacks so low key may suit at the moment, or are we reading the figures wrong ?

it has been commented on here about the deposit and scenario is like the marl (now SSL) Hot maden deposit in Turkey.It looks like the inferred resource (with other exploration areas to follow) may be 8x the PEA on which Marl "sold out" .Lets hope we don't sell out Casa too soon Patience is key.Next milestone is Casa confirmation in may and then we can progress on several fronts .GLA

For an AIM co.to secure a loan via Barclays and the ECBank,rather than a placing (which would have reduced the sp by much less than the MMs have forced it down this morning) shows the ability of the company( and the belief of independent financial professionals) to stand on its own two feet as a profitable and viable entity.The banks will have reviewed present and future contracts and their profitability .MMs stupid or greedy? maybe stupid to think holders here will sell because of their antics!!!!!!!!

Is just telling us of the logical steady steps being taken and how the BoD are consistent in their methods.We are a UK co.trying to operate in the US,so we employed and award winning local specialist to complete the Environmental works and now a local Pozz specialist on board to spearhead that side of the business.His contacts are probably those testing the bulk samples and presumably its a "gimme" or he wouldn't be on board."contractor appointed" will be local and it all makes me think that the interview process must be like an episode of League of Gentlemen as the first question must be "Are you Local"
