what the sp does here short term. MMs will buy and sell and manipulate the sp to benefit their own greedy little pockets.Why it is allowed is a better question ! But back to business,and if there was a technology company who could supply some of the solutions to environmental problems facing the world today,there would definitely be some engineering majors who would want to own the IP and patents.So perhaps the MMs may have long orders to be filled on behalf of possible suitors who will probably already hold significant nominee shares. .This will not be a life changing investment for me but whether through natural sp growth or a T/O I am hopeful of significant growth from this point. The word "placing"on AIM seems to create demons.It is not always the case .If a placing is done with obvious profits to follow,then the market reacts favorably. The fact that MWG have a confirmed order for 22m with the income stream associated with that,probably means there will be no need for a placing.If however cash is needed to immediately develop another income stream,then I believe it would be seen as a further confirmation that this company is going to be big! Patience,this is just the beginning.

Stage payments are most probable with a weighting for costs to date and set up costs .Having been the preferred bidder these payments will already have been agreed,if not signed off yet .Patience !

NVS must have negotiated, and would have walked permanently,which would have given them nothing.They also may have some provision in the eventual sale agreement. BWDIK NVS seems an "old fashioned" operator,clearing the decks of cost before moving forward.And on the face of it he seems a reasonable negotiator.

NSR definitely,The vendor royalty possibly or after a set period of time which I cannot find due to purchase was before AIM listing,but there will have been costs involved in management and re licensing etc. NVS is just clearing the dross.
