Thankyou,that makes a lot more sense,but it still means that they have client(s) loading up,probably on their advice.And those client(s) now own a significant % of OTC.A bit like Sprott strategies in a smaller way.

Optiva "put in" £1m @3p and then "facilitated most of the £!.7m recent placing" then" 9p valuation",if I have not misheard, then Optiva (who apparently are not our broker "yet")own nearly 50% of OTC with no TR1 /RNSissued The first £1 would have needed notification.I must be missing something (apart from the obvious thankyou)

to now have the luxury of an ever increasing stake in what is said to be a new gold REGION (not a single mine) without having to stump up any costs (which will not be insignificant) is great news for our future cashflow. VR will probably establish an initial resource estimate and then have to partner someone with the funds to develop further.All the time we will have an increasing sliding scale of value,funded by others.it's a big Win/Win from what I can see.Does anyone know how close some of our other Nevada projects are ?ass they may also fall into the "region" and will then gain in value.

Hi Kels,apart from the many,many projects SRES has fingers in,I believe the tell tale signs of huge potential are 1.Directors take mostly shares a "salary" 2.Sold asset recently and kept a NSR (long term thinking). 3.CS project (pozz/pot) is being used as "bread and butter" to finance other assets (I believe) 4.£500k raised and sp solid 5.TYM (sister co.) we use their offices and pay with shares It all smacks of management who do not like spending money unnecessarily. You never really know,but I have taken a decent sized position early and hope for a good sized company at the end.

I have added16m to my holding,and nearly sh..myself when I saw the RNS.I was expecting a placing,but after some news.The fact that it has not budged the sp downwards on the raising of 500k when we have such a small Mcap speaks volumes for the future of this share.The RNS today sounded like there would be more than one piece of news this year and I wonder if perhaps they had booked a couple of RNS s at the same time(if that could be done).GLA

both raised money today,both gearing up for production or maybe just supply.Whatever it is,the Mcap here will burst on next news.

That's what i thought you were doing,but I thought he was calling me a troll and committing a crime of some sort.I have quite a few interests in shares and watch and participate inUK and other boards and this is the only one that i have a filter on for the exact reason of not having to read the garbage of trolls .So on a share and it's forum that I have a large interest in,I find it laughable and really annoying to be accused of something in broken English by someone who should concentrate mastering the art of using a crayon first,before trying to achieve the complicated skill of an electronic device.

I don't think the news has had this effect,apart from the fact that MMs have used news to drop the price and try and panic potential sellers.

I also am a LTH,but I do not think we have "two horses" or a "fall back".I believe they are one and the same .Through the KSA project and because of it,we have to work with (and have previously been assessed and trialed/tested by) their "preferred and trusted contractor".With the naming of specific other areas/countries on the RNS it looks likely (to me)that KSA is a done deal and through partnership ,and then with a proven technology it will progress worldwide. Optimistic I know,but it is definitely looking possible.
