it is not the norm on AIM for a placing to create a lift in the share price,and there are people looking at the Zamsort deal asking "who the hell are they, and how did they get that deposit at that price. whilst the whole mining world is clambering for copper and cobalt deposits" NvS is playing a blinder and the real story has just begun.NvS took �100k of the placing himself,which sends a large message.Lets hope we see full value and don't get taken out too early,which with the emphasis on copper/cobalt in non DRC regions is a distinct possibility.Well done again NvS

I agree Poorman,I noticed that but wondered if he just saw that interview as a zam report and will "big up" casa when the results are announced.If it's only 2moz then it could easily still sell for over 110m US even in DRC.GLA

NvS manages news flow quite well and will have released news of a placing and acquisition knowing if the market reacted badly that he had further news to start the new era.My guess would be VC's comments of 5/10 moz @Casa will start to unravel in the 2 week window that was mentioned last week .NvS is not prone to making statements like "well north of 2moz" unless he is absolutely certain.GLA

From where we were to where we are this company has been completely changed by NvS. We were a small Mcap AIM co.with four minor assets and we are now majority shareholders of two world class assets,with a diversification of minerals that are growing in value.Mcap I think is closer to 12.5 than 15 , and either DRC or Zam could easily catapult the sp/Mcap by many multiples. With the promise of cash income in 6 months.I don't believe we will languish for a year as serious investors will want to take up their positions before the first cash income.As I have said before NvS is an old fashioned operator and doesn't get carried away .Zam cash will be used to transform this company. I was lucky enough to get some more this morning,and I am extremely happy now and with the massive prospects for the near future

Did i miss your answer to poorman yesterday re.where you were seeing the information re 5MMs etc.

My guess would be a low cost "earn in" financed by Sturec money /short term loan agreement (based on very quick initial production) against new Casa value/ placing/or a partnership .Most bases covered there I think. .Either way there is too much good news due to suppress this share for much longer .I am trying to buy more but only very small quants avail @ .28.

I believe there are so many people waiting to see if there is a placing here (including me) in order to buy more shares.The trouble with that is,if the Sturec news is good there will be no requirement for further cash raising, and if the RE is huge,then a placing may well increase the price."But what we do know" is we are gonna fly !

"We continue our exploration effort and are working towards a significant resource update in the next couple of weeks. Equally we expect good news flow from our other projects".(PLURAL) NvS does not say things for the sake of it.So news on at least 3 fronts is on the way soon.

@Tiny,thanks for the reminder-Intheno is normally solid with his info and I may be wrong but i think he posted that same info on here a while ago. Given the manipulated dip this morning I tried to buy and could not get less than 17.8 so I will not be contributing to the MM Christmas fund .On a real dip i will certainly top up.

is more than likely to be at the insistence of the "potential" purchaser,who probably doesn't want to adversely affect their current supplier(s) .It is not unheard of for a purchaser to use a MoU to put price pressure on their existing suppliers citing a new potential source in the wings.PC will be well aware of this and I would guess he is a bit too long in the tooth to be used. The secret nature of our MoU makes it more likely it is genuine. " I hope " .A skeptical view I know ,but realistic IMO. MoUs are a bit like verbal agreements which are "not worth the paper they are not written on" but what we do know is we have a potential mine with at least two bulk minerals which are becoming more in demand day by day.GLA
